Interesting addition, However you have some misinformation on Frost DW dps and spec.
1. Frost Strike is no longer our signature move. Especially after recent nerfs, Obliterate is the top strike and our signature attack now.
2. Your spec is incorrect it should be
53/18 there is no other option outside of taking subversion instead of BcB, but putting two points only in BcB is a complete waste of points.
3. Not speccing into IIT does nothing but provide a waste of points. I believe it has been established that every build of Frost DW dps will have IIT.
4. There is no standard rotation for Frost DW. We are a priority rotation, this does not change with the most recent patch.
5. Only Blood and Unholy ever use DnD for aoe dps. Frost does not it is a huge waste of dps for us. The correct aoe rotation is as follows. IT/PS/Pest/HB/BB/ FS until runes are up. HB every time you can as long as diseases are on target, as soon as diseases are about to drop you begin the rotation over again.
6. Taking one point out of BcB has been proven to be such a dps loss that you might as well lose BcB all together. You remove a point from Chill of the Grave and not BcB to pickup UBA. Blood Tap is always used to promote UBA and nothing else.
7. Your subversion build is also incorrect, as once again you have put points in fillers and only two points in BcB which is less than nothing. It's better to spec into IIT even if you aren't providing the buff.
8. Deathchill is strictly a pvp/tank talent now, and is useless for PVE DPS. Your information on Rime/KM proccing is very poor and needs clarification. It is very simply. If you get a Rime proc, wait for a KM proc if you don't get one use Rime anyways. If you get a KM proc, you don't wait for Rime, but use it immediately on FS.
You have a lot of misinformation also about Blood builds, but I will leave that for Samhein to correct.
Before typing out something this extensive, you should do your homework a bit more. While it is a very nice read and I appreciate your hard work in putting together. 80 percent of this information is already in the Helpful Threads, and since you have filled it with information that has some serious holes in it. I have a feeling you will be doing a lot of editing soon.
