Just for those of you who are curious, like me, heres a Comparison of the set with and without the Mystic pieces(blue)
The full green set gives you an extra 89 Stam, but you lose out on 47 Spirit,129 Armor, 117 Crit, and 19 SP that you get from swapping the chest, bracers, and shoulders for the Mystic ones

For Resto Druids this set, thanks to the Improved Tree of Life form, provides slightly more +healing that the equivalent leather caster set Iceborn Embrace. Iceborn has +crit, so it will probably be better for Boomkins (although their SP would benefit by nearly +73 with Improved Moonkin Form), but the spirit is actually what makes Frostwoven worthwhile. +243 spirit is a huge bonus to regen out of casting, and us tree healers aren't worried about losing the armor from "downgrading" to cloth. All in all a nice set to start life as a 70 in Northrend, esp. since you can replace fully half of it with other gear and keep the set bonus intact.

This set is awesome for Affliction warlocks. The high stamina and spirit means we get higher Spell power (Assuming you use Fel Armor), and have more health to be able to Life Tap easier, which obviously gains mana back. I have this full set on mine, and i never need to stop killing.

Requires Level 68
Belt: 3 bolts (15 sheets) of Frostweave, 1 Eternium Thread
Boots: 4 bolts (20 sheets) of Frostweave, 1 Eternium Thread
Gloves: 3 bolts (15 sheets) of Frostweave, 1 Eternium Thread

Requires Level 70
Robe: 4 bolts (20 sheets) of Frostweave, 1 Eternium Thread
Shoulders: 3 bolts (15 sheets) of Frostweave, 1 Eternium Thread
Wristwraps: 3 bolts (15 sheets) of Frostweave, 1 Eternium Thread

Requires Level 72
Cowl: 5 bolts (25 sheets) of Frostweave, 1 Eternium Thread
Leggings: 5 bolts (25 sheets) of Frostweave, 1 Eternium Thread

Eternium Thread is sold by most Tailoring vendors, so that barely even counts as an expense. The patterns are all taught by trainers, so a 350 Tailor should be able to craft the basics, and a 400 can do it all. Since they're some of the first Northrend patterns a tailor will learn, you may even see them on the Auction House for less than the cost of materials. Bottom line, if you have a few gold or are willing to grind for cloth, this set will give you a great start on Northrend gear.

Like the Netherweave Vestments, this is made for mixing and matching; if you're rocking heirloom gear, you can still get the full set bonus without equipping the helm, shoulders, or robe. Also like the Netherweave set, there's a good chance you'll still be wearing some of these items when you hit level 80.
