Definetly sell this. Even at lvl 35 I've been able to keep blue boots constantly any by lvl 52....

On one hand how can they be 'Peerless' There are lot of better boots.

And on the other I'm wearing mail at lvl 52(hunter) so I''m over it.

Not to bad, but its not to good either.
By lv 53 your bound to find something better then this.
I would defently sell it or disenchant it.
