That's a really nice off-hand for any healing class considering it's pretty easy to get, and the first off-hand similar to this is dropped by Sartura in AQ40. Too bad this one doesn't have any stats. :(

This is one of the best healing off-hands pre end-game raids. If you are an aspiring priest/paladin/shaman/druid I would recommend getting this as quickly as possible, you wont replace it for awhile.

this could no doubt be easy to obtain and will last till lvl 70, unless you prefer stats over the healing.

This is the best pre70, pre-raid, off-hand for any holy priest. Combined with High Warlord's Battle Mace https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=23464 it gives you +187healing bonus and 9 mana per 5sec regeneration. They are easy to obtain if you are a PVP-er like me :)

This offhand is good for those who prefer a high amount of +healing and mp5 over other raw stats and is easily obtainable with a small amount of honour and a few Alterac Valley marks. It has no direct upgrades on the way up to 70 until you begin to do heroics so it will last you a long time. Faol's Signet of Cleansing is an upgrade obtainable in the heroic mode of Hellfire Ramparts.

The only flowers I've found that works with transmogrification. (The other flower offhand from the same vendor does not work btw)

A paladin with an Aurastone Hammer and one of these will be a pretty awesome healer! A sham, too, maybe... For a priest, this could be useful, but only until you get Benediction.

This + either Lok'amir il Romathis (hammer drop from Nefarian) or Jin'do's Hexxer (hammer drop from Jin'do the Hexxer) is more +heal than Benediction.

Plus, having a flower in my offhand cements my reputation as a carebear. Yay.

have this with Lok'amir il Romathis and full stormrage + every healing enchant i could find, healin is pretty tied, best combo in game for droods imo

Now that everyone can aspire to getting the level 14 PvP epic weapons, consider combining this with the high warlord's hammer (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?source=live;witem=23464) or the grand marshal's warhammer (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?source=live;witem=23454). The each give +134 healing and some other bonuses. There are even better weapons from raiding, but these weapons are within reach of everyone.

Also good for druids, dont forget they can also use the aurastone hammer, and naturally they are better healers than shammies and pallies
