All you have to do is run some Tempest Keep instances for a good while and before you know it, you're Revered. Add that to the fact that you don't have to raid an instance with 20+ people and you don't need coins and stupid quest items that rarely drop and you have an enchant that's easy to get and is completely worth it.

Not to mention 100 gold is like...5 junk quests.
The best part is that it's not unique (unlike those Auchindoun meta-gems), so if you end up putting it on your helm and you get an upgrade the next day, you can still enchant that one as well.

If you don't have this yet, do what you can to get it. It's definitely worth it.

As far as I can see this cannot be sold by Nakodu, the Lower City Quartermaster. You can purchase it only from Almaador at Revered with them.

For the record, by the time you get to revered you get a 10% discount at the quartermaster. So the glyph turns out to be 'only' 90g

Also this is the best choice for PvP disc priests, as you want to reach the 3% spell hit cap so that you can land mana burns and fears.

This offers a lot for pvp druids as well, as a missed cyclone can mean immediate death for you or a teammate. In addition to the small amount of healing it provides, this glyph can be a viable alternative to the Thrallmar/Honor Hold glyph.

apparently with the release of Inscription, they changed the name of this from a Glyph to an Arcanum.

I'd say this is still the best head enchant for dps casters who are NOT hit capped. There were no head enchants added in wotlk with +hit as of yet.

If you are hit capped then Arcanum of Burning Mysteries, available at revered From Kirin Tor, would probably be the better option. But 447 hit(17% pre-talents/buffs) is a lot of ground to cover for dps spell casters.

Damn, too bad. You can apply this to a BOA helm and still send it to your lowbie and wear it... But s/he won't get the effect until they meet the level 70 requirement. Just in case anyone was wondering.
