This is an exceptional shield for a shaman too. Paladins just have a little more use out of the crit rating because of illumination

For PvP this is definitely an incredible Paladin Shield, but for most PvE content I think I would prefer to stick with the Chess shield or the one off Mag. The MP/5 on those shields would be better for most boss fights then some extra healing and 1.25ish% crit

Interesting to note, this would actually be the best sheild an elemental shaman can get from raids untill Antonidas's Aegis of Rapt Concentration.

And this is a healing sheild.....

Best paladin shield in the game at the moment. Shamans, yours is the https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=30882. If there is a paladin in your raid let him have it! And vice versa.

Just looted these from Supremus.
The shamans of our guild are non-retarded, and I was leading the holydin DKP.
This shield is really great, because of the 1,22% crit, and a nice healing value + int and stamina. Also this shield has awesome looks, which you can ego with.

On top of that, Supremus is %^&* easy.

I would just like to add a few words to this. This shield is by far souly for a Critadin (Paladins that aim for straight crit and max crit). I see shaman rolling for this and Healadins (Paladins that aim for pure healing) as well. I would just like to say that if your a Shaman or a Healadin please go for the Bastion of Light, because as a Critadin i passed on the Bastion because i knew it wasn't for me. Be wise and kind to your other healers and pass to the Critadins, if there are none, to the Healadins, in cases where there are none in your raid (shame on you!) everyone else that wishes to roll should. Thanks! ^^
