In response to the three posts above, this is primarily a Balance druid belt, or any other spellcaster wearing leather or better. Keep in mind that with WotLK, crit and haste have been "normalized" so there is no more melee OR spell crit, just Crit.

Seems a bit odd that this epic belt at Exalted rep is actually WORSE than this Blue belt available at Revered. Granted one is plate and one is leather, but I was under the impression that stats were all that mattered in ilvl determinations.

I preffer the https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=40695 over this belt because of the bonus spirit and intellect that this belt lacks. It would probly take the same amount of time to collect 40 badges than hit exalted with the Kirin Tor from dungeons. They unfortunately don't have any dailies available to make this belt easier to get and there is also not that many available items to buy with Heroism Badges. I would suggest leveling another reputation via dungeon tabard after you hit revered with Kirin Tor.

Edit. I did a mini test to see which one would be quicker to get by running two dungeons: Heroic Nexus and Heroic Gundrak. Both gave me ten badges (1/4 needed to buy the badge belt) and totaled to 5200 reputation with Kirin Tor (1/4 needed to buy rep belt). It seems you would get both belts at exaclty the same time. :O

a severely under budgeted item

comparing it to the badges one from the post above with the same item level were missing about 46 stat points

i suppose its either getting some spirit, mp5 haste or hit in a upcoming patch, wel at least is should get some

well for 25g which is one daily this is a very good belt to start raiding with.atleast my opinion

in addition to the use for leather wearing classes, this belt is an excellent option for any holy paladin gearing up for the first raids
