The exp bonus from the chest does stack with the exp bonus from the shoulders:

"One thing I can tell you is that chest piece heirlooms will be available in the next content patch. They will provide a 10% experience bonus that stacks with the shoulder bonus." - Zarhym

One of the 6 new Bind on Account chest pieces being added in patch 3.2.0

The 10% exp from these all (supposedly) stack with the BoA shoulders. A blue did post this in the forums, but hey, we're talking about Blizzard. You can't trust everything they say.

I personally hope they add a feral druid / hunter staff / polearm & a couple of shields for both tanks and healers, which I am sure they will but as I post this comment its only been no more than.. 1 week? since PTR release.

Currently the best enchants for Heirloom chest-pieces are:

Enchant Chest - Greater Stats (40 HP, 65 Mana. Works at all levels)

Enchant Chest - Major Health ~~(Does not give its benefit until level 30 according to the comments)~~ Now works properly.

Enchant Chest - Major Mana ~~(May or may not give its benefit before level 30, need to test)~~ Now works properly.

I just did a test on this to see if it does stack......286exp from a lvl 18 mob with both the shoulders and chest piece on.....262 with just one of em on so it looks as if it DOES stack which means HEALER and TANK alts can finally be lvl'd LOL

PS and yes it was the same style of mob not a 2 different mobs HAPPY LVLING

I leveled my holy pally in this, plus the shammy shoulders. And now I get to use them again to level my shammy. Looove!

FYI, I gave this to my druid and it DIDN'T turn to leather!
Great 40 emblems of frost and triumph down the drain and i have no intrest in rolling a shaman so uless i can find a way to refund this AFTER I gave it to my druid alt Im stuffed!

I don't know what happened after I leveled my Shaman 80 to with this and the shoulders. But I sent it to a low level druid it remained as mail and did not convert back to leather. Is this a glitch or do I need to do something? It was sort of defeats the purpose of having these to pass on to other characters.
