Any plate DPS with Ulduar cloaks (or worse!) are likely to find this the best place to spend their first badges.

The plate-wearing guys and gals in my 25s group are in anything from PVP cloaks to the normal ToC cloak and Emblem of Valor one. Needless to say this is going to be a huge boon for all of them.

Hotfixed in the Rolling Restarts on 09/12.

All Emblem of Frost cloaks now have a socket and their base power slightly reduced.

New stats:

+95 Strength (-8)
+103 Stamina
Yellow Socket
(Bonus: +4 Strength)
Equip: Increases your expertise rating by 45 (-8)
Equip: Increases your armor penetration rating by 65.

Upon further examination of this cloak I have decided that it's green and looks longer than your average cloak or cape.

I don't know about Rawr, but looking at Landsould's spreadsheet on Elitist Jerks, no matter what stats I change this back comes out 10-12 dps ahead of Recovered Scarlet Onslaught Cape. Now of course this is just on my fury warrior with his gear, yours may come out diffrent. But I would check the spreadsheet, it is much more comprehensive than Rawr is.

Nice stats, though I'm a bit disappointed that 20 levels and 204 ilvls later, it's the same model as Onyxia Scale Cloak (and for that matter, Nomad's Woven Cloak).

ugh... why did they have to use that graphic.. its the same as a cloak i had in bc for a LOOOOONG time and i couldnt stand it. i guess i could not show the cloak cause damn those are good stats.
