Probably one of the loveliest weapon models I've seen...Nothing glowy or floaty or shiny...Its just a simple yet elegant weapon with a great color scheme.

I'd take it as any class who can wield it simply to have.

The quest chain to get this is a long one, it starts with Murder was the case that they gave me from heracio. took me a while to find out how to get this for my 12-14 hunter. so.. there you go

This Polearm should definetly be your first choice as reward. Why?

As mentioned before, it has a quite unique design. The only other Item is the lvl 75 "original" from the Arena reward in Zul Drak.

Second, only a couple o' levels later, you will get your Class-Quest which rewards you with a state of the art design Crossbow.

So get your fingers on this sweet Halberd ;)

For those that are looking for this item to transmog and get lost between all the quests, here are those you need to complete in order to get the item!
All in all, at lvl85, these quests will take about 20-40min.

The entire questline starts here
Hot on the Trail Murlocks and The Riverpaw Clan are the next 2 quests, both of these need to be completed in order to continue on to Meet Two-Shoed Lou. Once you get this quest follow everything leading up to Times are Tough, Westfall Stew also has to be completed before you can get the next part.
After you complete both Westfall Stew and Times are Tough, you get to Feed the Homeless, Find Agent Kearnen, Get in trouble in Moonbrook - TWICE!, and then follow the quests given and in the end you will finally have your Halberd!
When witnessing the rise of the brotherhood you will finally see who the shadowy figure you have been chasing is, and you have probably seen her before too! (even though this is where you should have seen her first, but whatever :p)
