This robe uses the green and purple (officially "Green") version of the "A2 Robe" artwork.

This artwork set also has art for belt and pants, but to my knowledge neither is available in the game. The pants, if they existed, would have similar markings to the robe but the markings would be gold instead of purple (I have no idea why!). The belt would look much like Girdle of Nobility (the belt that matches the white version of the robe), but green with purple edging (above and below) and a gold buckle.

There are five other colours of this artwork, and robes for each are available in the game. See:

Light grey and blue/purple (officially "Gray") : Noble's Robe and Robe of Apprenticeship (sleeveless version, but common quality/untransmoggable)
Dark blue and green (officially "Black") : Spellbinder Robe
Blue and gold (officially "Blue") : Blue Linen Robe
Red and maroon (officially "Red") : Red Linen Robe
White and light blue (officially "White") : Neophyte's Robe (common quality, so untransmoggable)
