Its a good replace for paladins and warriors, since they are the only ones avaible to wear mail armor at that level and it may be the one of the first green that you will encounter.
Also, its a random world drop, can get this from nearly everyone at its level range.

Yes, apparently this can be fished up (somehow), because I got of the Bear while fishing in Stormwind.

I was looking up ..of the bear (+3 str and +3 Sta), but this is all I found...certainly there are more details about the different types right? Or is only the generic posted in the Db?
