I don't know about other caster classes, but I think this might be even worth to warlocks, even though affliction's mastery doesn't add that much damage, just 'cause of those 433 intellect, which is huge.

It's gonna be the best for balance druids. They need int for spell power, and mastery is for big starfire and wrath damages.

With the 4.0.6 changes to spriest mastery usefulness this will possibly be included in their bis list as well

I wonder if resto druids might abuse this. They still have Moonfire and Insect Swarm available, and only need to cast it ~1/22s (10s to fall off after 12s of having a DoT tick).
I suppose disc and holy priests could abuse SW:Pain for the same benefit.

Without a shadow of a doubt, BiS SPriest. Mastery is a solid stat for SPriests, combine that with the 100% up time 433 int you got yourself a very good item. There are only two ways it could be better and that's if it was haste/SP. But, that would cause more competition on it.

Blizz makes this trinket for Warlock and SP i think. But mastery is low stat for both classes... I really don't understand developers sometime.

This appears HORRIBLE for arcane mages. They simply don't do periodic damage at all.

The trinket buff is called Soul Fragment. In case anyone wants to add it to a specail buff frame, power auras etc.

those of you saying this is useless for locks have obviosuly never heard of a demonology lock....other then intellect mastery is our most desired stat so those telling us its for shammys druids and priests and we should keep our hands off is just ignorant, this +moonwell chalice=bis combo for demonology locks.
