All ogre mages are two-headed, with a broken horn and one eye on the left head. This differentiates this item from previous items transforming you into an ogre, which only have one head. For an example of what this item is likely to look like, see Firegut Ogre Mage.

The icon for this item looks a lot like the Venus of Willendorf, an ancient statue unearthed in Willendorf, Austria.

I just got this and was a little disappointed for two reasons.

Firstly the loot card depicts an ogre on a flying carpet, which kinda makes you think thats what you will be getting.
Secondly as we all know ogre mages in-game pretty much always wear a robe that hangs off one shoulder.

The transformation you get is identical to the Carved Ogre Idol Carved Ogre Idolwith the addition of an extra head. (See the screenshot).
The only other difference being the duration/cooldown.

Its nice if you cant get the epic.
