Good choice for arms warrior. The mastery is very nice. The exp will likely be reforged into crit (depending on your specific gear setup).

I'd much rather have this one as Arms over Axe of the Tauren Chieftains, though Fury would probably want the axe.

Really good option for Blood DK though

To the druid above that thinks this is a good weapon... Bastone di Legnospino is more suitable. Leave strength weapons to other classes. Now... how would you like a strength based class to roll on this staff?

Honestly a good weapon for any DK or warrior or pally. It has stats plausible for all.

If your deciding whether which weapon to use Pit Lord's Destroyer or Axe of the Tauren Chieftains. Paladin stand point if your not Hit cap (8%) and for some reason cannot reach through reforge/gem/ and enchanting go with AXE until you reach hit cap through better gear. But once you reach well enough hit cap, by all means go with the hammer as the mastery makes it far more superior and higher dps output.

Hmm here it says it has 16% chance to drop, on the page for Minor Cache of the Aspects says 29% :/

I'm not the best with math but I'm trying to figure this out for myself and this is what I've come up with...

When queuing for a random Hour of Twilight Heroic you have a 1 in 3 chance of getting Well of Eternity, from which this drops. 1 in 3 is 33.33% (repeating).

This mace has a 16% drop chance according to this page.

Therefore I believe the chance of getting this weapon when queuing for a random HoT would be 33.33 x 0.16 (0.16=16%), which equals 5.3328%.

However, I'm not sure if the percentage listed on this page takes into account the fact that two items drop from the cache.

If my math or reasoning is wrong feel free to correct me, but if it is correct feel free to uprate my comment :D
