This is essentially Blizz putting Winterfall Firewater back in the game. The size modifier (25) is identical to its namesake.
This is useable at any level, and scales.
Ex: At level 1, grants 3 attack power, at level 19 grants 13 attack power, ect.

So far the only way that I found of obtaining this item is through fishing, at the Darkmoon Faire isle there are a couple of floating shipwrecks where you can fish up a Sealed Crate, and it has a chance of dropping from that. I had about 6 (2, 3, 1) from a total of 10 crates.

Whatever you do make sure you don't need to go through any small doorways after using this I used this on my Draenei paladin then hearthed just to realize I was stuck in the inn.

Great to combine together with Noggenfogger Elixir with the minimizing effect to make your character more of a teenager!

For anyone wondering, Darkmoon Firewater and Winterfall Firewater do NOT stack. The buffs overide one another.

For you Dwarfs out there it stacks with Forma di Pietra and you can use Riduttore di Chiavetorta to increase size even more.

This is just an alternate version of the vrykul drinking horn you get in archeolgy but it does increase your attack power!
