The seed of earth is easy enough, you get it by talking to Onu, the ent, in the camp where you got the quest.
For the seed of the sky, you have to 'catch' one of the small wisps flying around the forest nearby. They can be quite hard to get, but once one of them flies low to the ground, loot it
For the seed of the sea, you obviously have to go down to the sea, and dive in. It can be picked up from one of the seashells in the sand (a crawler-thing will emerge as well, and you will have to kill it)

Make sure you read what Onu says when you do this, it is... quite amusingly dirty. I wont spoil it, you just have to do the quest.

There's some shells on the Twilight Shore. You won't have to swim in the water to get these ones.

I was fighting a mob a Whitetale Stag by the base of a tree at 41,74 and a Wisp hung close to the ground, I grabbed it and killed the Stag.. Talk about Multitasking. :-)

The wisps are a PITA to catch at high latency.
Blizzards devs/testers really shouldnt be allowed to connect at better than 500ms latency.

For this and other such quests I have a key bound to "Interact with Target" its rather sweet :)

I highly recommend finding a wisp circling a tree, so if you miss it, it will be right back. Not entirely sure about the coords, but I believe it was west of the lake, got it pretty fast and easy. I also recommend disabling click-to-move if it's on.

[Something is trying to devour the life of Darkshore from within! I'll ask around to learn more about the - thing - you discovered in the lake. Meanwhile, we need to protect the local wildlife from further harm.

Can you gather some materials for me? I'll need life in all its incarnations. Talk to Onu here in the grove to acquire a Seed of the Earth. Capture a Darkshore Wisp floating amongst the trees and we'll have a Seed of the Sky. Find a Seed of the Sea within seashells along the coast, west of here.]
