Everything Blizzard has ever done that's ever bothered me is forgiven now. Know why? Because now I don't have to farm heroic Auchinai Crypts for a staff that I've never seen drop.

this was a relative easie quest. all you had to do was to get a group for Shadowfang Keep and loot the scourge guys in there pick upp some wood and loot Walden for Walden's Elixirs

Does this also work for Troll druids? Currently it is only displaying for Tauren here on Wowhead. Thanks!

For anyone doing the druid weapon quest in 4.0.3.....I figured I'd post this here, too, to maximize on my research time for everyone. LOL
Also, as you can't, yet, find the Commander directly here in Wowhead, I did find his link through the other quests, and included it in this summary.

Check the list of quest for SFK now - it appears all the classes now have level 20 weapon quests, in SFK.

Also, it seems that you can speak with Deathstalker Commander Belmont outside SFK, to get other SFK quests for the Horde. (Sorry, Alliance guys - you have a similar bloke, too, form what I saw, but I'm a Horde Gyrl. :D You guys need to look for Packleader Ivar Bloodfang, according to Wowhead. But I didn't want to leave you high and dry, so the basics you need are here, too - just not the expanded list...just don't tell the other Horde members I helped ya. LOL )
This is significant because one of the chains he begins includes one in which you must kill Walden - the guy we druids need for our staff run. So if you've already done some of the preceding quests, you can maximize your run for XP/gold/loot rewards. Even if you haven't, Belmont (And Bloodfang) is giving out a "carrot quest" (that's this one, gang - Adventurers Wanted) to get you in the door, so you might as well pick it up, too.

And to make it easy, fellow Horde, if you DO want to do the other runs -here's the series, in order:
This Land is Our Land - kill Baron Ashbury
Plague...Plague Everywhere! - kill Baron Silverlaine and Commander Springvale
Orders are for the Living - kill Lord Walden - the guy we also need for the druid quest (for the Alliance druids, you want fighting Tooth and Claw, to kill Walden)
Sweet Merciless Revenge - kill Lord Godfrey

After the run update:
Belmont sort of accompanies you through the keep, and as you kill one, he's there to accept the turn in & give you the next quest in the chain, so if you're persistent, you'll run the whole dungeon, reap a lot of XP, get your SFK achievement & if you're a druid going for her/his staff, you've got that for turning in (in Moonglade), too.
Don't forget to equip your tabard of choice for rep gains, too. I want my Bilgewater trike, so I'm working their rep, but hey, you do what you want. ;)

And...the staff is really cool looking; I gotta give props to the Blizz designers. As a Cenarion Circle druidic staff should, it's very organic looking. It is constantly sprouting flowers - cycles through 3 varieties - and sometimes sheds a leaf or two. I enchanted it, too, so it's a glowing, leafy staff of happiness. :D

Hello - I'm new to this and playing solo. I'm level 22 Night Elf and would like to do the Circle's Future quest but I'm not sure how to get the silverpine forest - I can get from Kalimdor to the Stormwind in the Eastern Kingdoms - but not sure where to go from there - all the boats in the harbour seem to go to other continents and I don't have any flight paths from there. Can anyone help advise me?

I received 1100 Cenarion Circle rep at level 85 when completing this quest.

This is my favorite staff model, it just screams druid, and i've never found it until now....right before the model swapping patch ;) thank you, blizz!

When you turn in this quest, Narianna has a little monologue:

Narianna says: Loganaar said that you would be bringing powerful artifacts from Shadowfang Keep. At first, I questioned the value of these materials.
Narianna says: But now that I have the items, I can sense the power Loganaar spoke about. They will make a fitting weapon for you.
Narianna says: Oh, my... The enchantment succeeded even beyond my expectations.
Narianna says: With this staff, the circle is entrusting an item of great power to you, <Name>. Use it to uphold the tenets of our order.

Man.. Im a actual druid in real life, and I cried when i saw this staff.. THANK YOU Blizzard!
It seem that all the classes are able to obtain a quest to go to SFK for a weapon or armor of some kind.
