The pridelings are all over the ground within the highperch, they're small Wind Rider looking npc's trapped in nets. and after you free them they follow you around so in the end you will have 12 small wind riders following you.

To be clear, these things are super teeny tiny, exact copies of the wind rider pets that Blizzard is selling. And they blend into the ground very well.

If you submerge with your pridelings pets they are all getting your underwater buff.

This is a later quest in a looooong quest chain. The chain actually starts in Dustwallow Marsh's Mudsprocket. There is a night elf female named Thyssiana who gives you quest Verso Nuova Thalanaar, which will eventually chain you to this quest.
