This is a really nice chest piece for a green quest reward, does anyone know where the quest for it begins?

Easy quest for a warlock. Have a healthstone ready and maybe a pot - depends on your gear.
Send you VW in for the high chieftan, fear the ursa and DOT the shaman up. Then DOT the chieftan before you kill the shaman. Keep fearing the ursa until you've killed the chieftan with more DOTs and shadow bolt.
Don't be afraid to use life tap, it might be the thing that saves you, same with sacrifice.

This chest piece is actually very, very easy to get. How so? There are always farmers in this area, most of whom a) speak/understand English and B) are very willing to let you in on a kill of Chief Winterfall.

Ironically, the first people I asked to group with for this quest were fellow questers like myself. They denied my request for assistance because they didn't want to share loot.

Whats the lesson I learned?
Shoot the 12 year-olds who play WoW, keep the farmers.

Taking care of quests before BC.

Cake walk w/ my lvl 60 BM hunter.

Put +3 to all stats on it and will wear it till I get my tier.

Nice green, easy Quest.

been trying to upgrade from this for ages and as yet i cant actually find an upgrade for this thing.

i feel tacky for wearing a green and it doesnt look great, but the stats are nice on it so that makes up for it.

all in all, not bad considering how little effort it takes.

you get the empty bottle of firewater and bring it to her.... thats where it starts....... i got the bottle from a path finder or something

theres allso Vest of the Den Watcher quested in winterspring
313 Armor
+20 Agility
+12 Stamina

a little more stam but no intell, good to switch the 2 with grinding/raiding

Still my main armor at 60, although I am working on a set of Black Dragonscale, have shoulders and chestpiece, boots and legging to come...although I may skip the boots... core mats... sheesh.

I got this with a level 53 hunter. I was questing with a guildmate(57 druid). It was quite easy. He is a cinch compared to Overlord Ror, which i di at level 50. Not much of a elite.

what? AGI? no high spirit? on mail? is it true? OMG FINNALY, HUNTER MAIL. blizzards idea of hunter might want high spirit on everything, but us players will stay with the AGI.

Finally an out and out HUNTER gear. AGI/Stam and INT is all we care about. Thanks blizz for a questable hunter mail!.

What use is Int? Inproving weapon skills? Big deal. It doesn't increase crit chances as hunters have no spells. Nice armour, I'll be swopping mine for it, but spirit instead of int would be preferable.

Still using it at 60 on two characters, nice quest chain resulting in a peachy hunter chestpiece that I use turn about with Black Dragonscale or Spitfire tops.
