U need to get Revered with Cenarion Hold..
And spawn the Greater Wind Stones on Tanaris..
And 1 of the bosses u spawn can dropp this sheild :)

The mob which drops this shield must be summoned by someone who is at least revered with the cenarian cirlce.

The Baron is probably the easiet of the 4 elemental lords, but he is no push over - think Molten Destroyer on crack. He also does disarm and MS. Thus, to get this you need a raid group - my guild typcialy does lords with at least 30 ppl, though they could probably be done with fewer. Don't try cutting it too close though, since some of the Lords are somewhat harder than the one who drops this, and since the one summoned is typicaly random, it's best to be prepared.

I don't have any problem with how this shield looks... the spikes comming out of the corners of the shield make it look quite sweet!

I got lucky and the ring of lordship dropped off a silver elite in Silithus. Now all I need to do is grind to revered for the scepter hand in! (ho-hum)

1. Farm Twilight Cultist humanoids in Silithus. You will need 16 complete twilight sets and 9 large brilliant shards to get the materials to summon the boss that drops this.

2. Use 12 twilight cultist sets to summon 12 Templars from the Lesser Windstones. You may need another person's help, but the Templars are soloable. Each will drop an Abyssal Crests. You will have 12 crests at the end of your summons.

3. If you are Friendly with Cenarion Circle, you will be able to trade in 3 abyssal crests + 1 large brilliant shard for a 'Twilight Medallion of Station'. Do this 4 times, yeilding 4 Medallions of Stations.

4. Take 3 Medallion of Stations and 3 Twilight Cultists sets, and four other party members, and use them on Normal Windstones to summon Abyssal Dukes. Each Duke drops an Abyssal Signet. You should have 3 of these at the end of your summons.

5. If you are revered with Cenarion Hold, you will be able to turn in the 3 Abyssal Signets + 5 Large Brilliant Shards for a "Twilight Ring of Lordship". Take this ring, your last medallion, and your last twilight cultist set and use it on a Greater Windstone. You will have a 1/4 chance that Baron Kazum will be summoned. If you fail to kill this boss you lose all the materials required to summon him. If killed, he has a good chance of dropping the shield.

"drop rate may have been buffed in 1.9. before the patch we saw 1 of these in 4 or 5 kills. since the patch we've seen 2 shields in 2 kills. great stamina, decent block and the defense is nice."

I'd have to agree with Vonda on this one, my guild has killed this guy 3 times and i've seen the shield drop all 3, either we're extraordinarily lucky or they buffed the drop rate. Great shield by the way, one of our tanks got rid of his aegis of the blood god for it, now all he's waiting on is the Elementium Enforced Bulwark

When it dropped for me, the only warrior in raid had the elementium reinforced bulwark, so it fell to me, a lucky pally. This piece brings my tanking gear defense up to 349. I can OT in MC easily, and have even MT some bosses... all without spending a single DKP taking an item that should rightfully go to a warrior.

Still can't tank on most encounters in BWL or AQ40, where taunt and snap aggro is a must. But after expansion, pallies get a new snap aggro ability. I'm looking forward to exploring the tankadin side of raiding, even though warriors (and even good feral druids) will probably always be superior tanks.

So my guild plans on downing Hakkar by month's end, I am MT. We started summoning Lord's recently, but this shiled has yet to drop. If it were to drop should I pass Earthen Guard to OT in the hopes of getting Aegis of the Blood God by month's end?

I got a random whisper from a guy I've done a couple ZG runs with, he wanted me and my party (who just started UD strat) to come help him and his friends, he could summon us so we said yes and went. Get there, he summons the boss, we kill it and I didn't even roll, he just gave this to me cause his tier 2 friends all had better. I didn't even know you could summon bosses with such cool drops in silithus. never spent much time there. Now, I'm glad i said yes. TY Hestiia

Im a VERY happy tank today, PuG group to go and kill lords, First one dropped a Necklace, second a blue cloth piece, and then we went on and killed the bad boy who dropped this, I tanked all through and bam this drops, I rolled a 4 and thought i was done, other tank rolled a 2 :D

Then a @#$%ing DPS warrior rolled 75 :S After much ddiscussion it was decided it should go to a tank, and I got it instead :D A very nice upgrade from the draconian deflector, i must say

This is like a gimped version of the best shield in-game. Elementium forged bulwark. VEEERY nice!
