For anyone wondering, it's the same quest for alliance and horde. You have to turn in the mats from Grizzby's quest to get this.

24 fish oil (Found from Murlocs & Naga starting at level 25. Common in Hillsbrad Foothills and Blackfathom Deeps.)

20 dark iron ordinances (Dropped by higher level Dark Iron Dwarves found among other places in Wetlands.)

16 Shredder Turbocharger (Create Shredder Autosalvage Unit with Engineering, or purchase them on the Auction House. Schematic: Shredder Autosalvage Unit is dropped by Sneed in The Deadmines. Rogues can also use Pick Pocket on Venture Co. Builders, Operators, and Engineers at Windshear Crag in Stonetalon Mountains for a low chance of looting the item.
Next, use Shredder Autosalvage Unit on the new Venture Co Shredders in Stonetalon Mountains. Each Shredder Autosalvage Unit disappears when used, and they don’t always get you the item, so you may need to use a lot more than 16 of them to get all of your Shredder Turbochargers.)

As of latest patch you can now just purchase your class rune from Grizzby in Ratchet without prequests or any requirement!

Please upvote this so people can save time and gold for their runes!
