In Season of Discovery, max level is currently 25 and the Chronoboon Displacer is available with the effect of "suspending beneficial world effects from dragonslaying, Dire Maul, Zul'Gurub, and Felwood."

It is sold by numerous vendors in easy-to-access locations and the base price is 20 silver. For Horde, it is sold by Magenius in Asoran's Market on The Drag in Org.

Edit to add: despite the tooltip, this also does store the Boon of Blackfathom, which has been a major feature of Phase 1.

after use it item is gone, so every time you need new item to pause world buff, but gives another to resume it, the buff. so when you need it, press other item, Supercharged Chronobom Displacer and woah, its back. gl to all. just note i wanted to add here.
