Drops from "Sever" (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/npc=14682), an elite undead mob that only existed during the scourge invasion. Too bad ;)

This drop from Sever a lvl 25 elite rare boss(He look like an abomination).The axe have the same graphic as the Prospector Axe.

Note:He can also drop a pair of cloth pants.

Re-Edit:Sorry I forgot then when I did SFK with my alt it seems we didn't take the way he is, I'm sorry ><.He's deffinatly not a rare boss he's simply a new boss.

I've done a couple SFK runs so far and he was there every time, I don't think he's a rare spawn. Looks like SFK has a new boss with Uber l33t Drops

I dont know if this is a new boss or something since patch 1.11 but the other day he wasnt there..he might be a rare spawn but i dont know..can anyone help out?

This is a new boss in SFK from the new patch...i am pretty sure he isnt a rare spawn...he has dropped that axe and a pair of cloth pants.

he definatley is no rare. I've killed him 5 or 6 times, in most cases he dropped this axe, twice this cloth pants: Abomination Skin Leggings
he is pretty tough though, luckily easy to farm as he is right at the entrance

dropped from Sever, not too bad but I was farming for an alt. BOPs...oh well.

Was searching thottbot for good weapons around lvl 20 and saw this. had never seen it before so took a look at it and after i saw its a drop from SFK... got a m8 instantly boost me the instance :D at lvl 18 i got the axe now waiting and already have the ring fromt he quest. got it on second kill btw... deffo not a rare either

The mob that drops this is after the court yard up the stairs and keep going up to the right! The guys name is "Sever". Droped it first go no problems.

sever is only going to be in SFK as long as the invasion of the scourge is going on. after that, i believe he will be cut out of the instance.

Drops from Server hes a new SFK boss after the 1.11 patch. To get to him you go up the stairs after Silverlaine and go to the right or simply go straight in the courtyard instead of left to the Butcher. Hes in a room where it was just pointless mobs before and everyone skipped, which is why everyone isn't finding him recently.

I can confirm that once the Scourge event finishes on a server, Sever no longer appears (thus you can't get his items anymore). I ran SFK on a PvP server today, fought Sever. Ran it again on a PvE server that had finished the Scourge event, Sever did not show up.

The abomination in SFK named sever isnt a rare spawn hes just the new boss from patch1.11 he drops this axe and a pair of cloth pants called abomination skin leggings

im using this axe at the moment as a backup axe for my paladin seing as he has item]verigan's fist

all lower level areas with scourge in them have new bosses ( i think its only while the scourge invasion is going ) RFD - banshee SFK - abomination and SM graveyard - lich (spawns after u kill bloodmage thalanos)

The axe is good for a lvl 20-25 but the pants "abombnation skin leggings" are the best cloth pants for alvl 29 cloth twink so i think they're better

Yeah the axe is now RARE but its BOP so it's only good for show since it cant be sold on the AH or anything.

He's not a rare spawn he is only there during the scourge invasion as stated above. I'm on Azgalor and he hasn't been there since the week of 1.11.

The boss got nerfed he no longer exists in SFK so stop looking for him Doods.

This boss was only implemented DURING the scourge invasion / opening of Naxxaramas. All of the event bosses were removed after this event was over, the one in RFD, the one in SM Graveyard, and whatever other ones.

Was running a buddy through here with my 48 druid when sever popped up, lucky for him I was there, one of the best level 20 2h-axes I'd say.

Corpsemaker from RFK completely disowns this two handed axe, though this isn't too bad of one.

It's good until you hit 29, and find yourself with the Corpsemaker.
