this thing looks like it might be really cool, based on what it does and how rare it is. anyone know exactly what it does? im assuming it makes a bomb/mine when you hvae it and the detonator, but since both are .00& drops, it seems like it should do like 10000 damage. anyone have any actual information?

Located around the Windshear Crag in Stonetalon Mountians are wagons filled with ammunition. Carts near the mine have red rockets, while ones near the lumber mill have blue rockets. Once you use this item by standing near a cart with red rockets, you can then use the detonator, found in the same bag as these explosives, to blow up the wagon. Following this, mobs the same level as the surrounding mobs will spawn For the red wagon, I had 3 enemies spawn.

No mobs dropped any items of significance. No quests or rewards from blowing up the carts. If you have this item in your bags, it is safe to delete.
