Dual Talent Specialization won't be available in Phase 2, but might be implemented in a later phase.

Gnomeregan will not have any poison or bleed immunities, but there will be increased resistances to some types on specific bosses.

Not anything implemented that Blizzard would consider a "World Boss" for Phase 2, but there are some dangerous new enemies in Stranglethorn Vale.

Blizzard doesn't have any new information to share regarding how characters will be stored after Season of Discovery ends. They are still discussing the right place for players.

Blizzard had a lot to share regarding the Quality of Life features implemented into World of Warcraft after Vanilla and if those features would ever be implemented into Classic or Season of Discovery. Blizzard is taking a lot of care in making decisions regarding these features because you can't scale these features back after they are imeplemented. "People are asking for Classic Plus, not Modern Minus"

is an Equip effect, meaning it can proc from melee hits as well, which Blizzard points out is also something they are focusing some item design around. Designing new items that support the new specs in Season of Discovery.

As for lore, Blizzard doesn't consider Season of Discovery an alternate reality or "timey-wimey shenanigans". As for the Void-touched Story line, Blizzard says we'll have to wait and see if there is more to it.

Blizzard doesn't recommend players try to find loopholes around the GDKP ban, as they will find out.
