I thought this quest was broken.

I likely killed between 30-50 Bristleback Shamans before getting the , as a drop from one of the shamans.

It is a rune that you will equip on your character next to your weapon slots.

You'll then need to take 10 sources of nature damage (I did it by just letting shamans free attack me. Took two shamans).

Then you can USE the relic you have equipped, like a trinket & you will learn your new Overpower Rune.
