For those wondering if it's possible, I just tried a pirate transmog set for leather bearers and it can be used in combat of course.

Keep in mind this is a first try:

- Head: Cappello del Comandante della Flotta
- Shoulders: Spallacci Foderati della Spedizione
- Chest: Armatura Imbottita del Cavalcalupi
The red one match the hat on Horde side
- Shirt: Camicia Formale Bianca
The Shirt is good looking with this kind of chest
- Gloves: Guanti Lunghi Vigorosi
- Belt: Cintura dell'Indomabile
- Pants: Pantaloni della Spedizione
- Feets: Stivali dell'Avventuriero
- Weapon (staff): Bastone da Servitore

This is not perfect and nothing can beat the cloth sets that are obviously designed for pirates, but it works well for me :)

Ha Harr - Here's some terrific news: Bloodsail Admiral's Hat is now COSMETIC, so can be transmogged for all classes! Shiver-me-timbers!

As of today it might be more fun to RP a pirate as a rogue with the addition of the new outlaw spec. Lots of fun stuff there including a 'parley' talent!

Note - if you're a rogue or other 1h class, you can get Admiral Taylor's Cutlass as a quest reward in Spires of Arak (WoD).
