This is an overall very nice set for PvP. To wear all 3 pieces, you must swap out 2 (shoulders and feet) of the pieces from the standard PvP set. For that, you get a nice little bundle of +damage/healing (about the same as the standard PvP set), +2% spell crit (very nice, better then the standard PvP set), a big bundle of armor (substanlly more then the standard PvP set), and increased run speed built into the boots! The run speed by equip is awesome because that allows you to throw spurs on them and get increased mount AND run speed in one, since you can't have the enchant run speed and spurs on the same item.

Unfortunately, you need to get Exalted with the AB faction to get this all, but if you actually happen to achieve that, then congrats! This is a very nice improvement over the pieces from the standard PvP set.

This set sucks, it doesnt suck if u can get it when u first become a 60. But in my server Ab queue is always 1hr+ and i finally made honored after 3 months of stictly pvp. To have to become exhalted to get just 5+sta and 1% crit bonas, is ridiculous. I will be GM before this will ever happen. Plus the epics u get definitly out weigh all these benifits. IMO just get the belt and dont worry about getting Exhaulted.

On my server, AB is almost non-existent in in the 50's. And, as someone points out above, this not the world's best lvl 60 gear. So, instead, I'm grinding for this at lvl 49 - there are lvl 48 versions of the boots and belt - and should make revered before 50. Then, by the time I hit 60, I may either be exalted in AB, or have the Lt. Commander shoulders - either of which will be ok w/ me. In the mean time, the lvl 48 gear will be helpful in the early 50's while I get abused in AV (I'll at least be able to run away slightly faster.)

The good thing about rep vs. honor is that rep doesn't decay (thankfully - don't get any ideas Blizz.)

The boots and belt are strictly PvP but in all honesty the shoulders aren't too bad for raiding. With the mana regen and no +crit, i could definitely see myself using them.

The shoulders do have 4 mana every 5 sec... which in turn is equivilent to 5 spirit, but every 5 sec instead of 2... hehe.

Well, imo this set looks better then average. Even without the shoulders, those boots and belt have amazing stats for blues. Just wear them, 2 PvP set peices, 2 zandalarian set peices, and 2 randoms, and your lookin at +5 stam,+23dmg,+12dmg just from set bonuses alone! and I'm sure you could peice together 2 other set items and get another set bonus aswell.

Also, those boots allow you to put on +7 stamina enchant on them, rather then taking up the spot with run speed.

All in all, amazing set. But if your server sucks at AB, you might wanna shoot for something alittle easier.
