1) The first thing you need to do before you can obtain any Night Dragon's Breath, Wipper Root Tuber, Windblosson Berries, or Songflowers is to complete a quest to so you can cleanse them.

2) After this quest is completed you will then need to collect Cenarion Plant Salve's to be able to cleanse the plants you find. There are several different ways to do this.

a. Salve via Disenchanting: 1x Lesser Nether Essence = 2x Cenarion Plant Salve https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=4107
b. Salve via Gathering: 4x Fel Creep = 2x Cenarion Plant Salve https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=4105
c. Salve via Hunting: 6x Corrupted Soul Shard = 2x Cenarion Plant Salve https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=4103
d. Salve via Mining: 4x Tainted Vitriol = 2x Cenarion Plant Salve https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=4109
e. Salve via Skinning: 5x Patch of Tainted Skin = 2x Cenarion Plant Salve https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=4111

3) Once you have collected several Corrupted Plant Salves, you are ready to start farming. I have listed the four types of plants and links to where they are.

- Requires 4x Cenarion Plant Salves and you will obtain 3-10 from each plant
b. Wipper Root Tuber: https://www.wowhead.com/classic/object=164888
- Requires 3x Cenarion Plant Salves and you will obtain 3-10 from each plant
c. Windblossom Berries: https://www.wowhead.com/classic/object=164887
- Requires 2x Cenarion Plant Salves and you will obtain 15-20 from each plant
d. Songflower: https://www.wowhead.com/classic/object=164886
- Requires 1x Cenarion Plant Salves and you will get a buff that gives you 5% spell crit and +5 to all attributes for 1 hour.

I suggest getting a mod called "Felwood Gather" if your want to farm these. You can find it on all the mod sites and it's great for timing the respawns for you and mapping them out so you know exactly where to go and when they will respawn.

I found some, but I dont know where they spawn. Found them in my inventory awhile later in org when just about to log

These berries don't require you to eat for 10 seconds to get buffed. The +10 stamina buff is instant. However, it won't stack with Well Fed from other buff-food.

These berries are soulbound, but can be used for pets that eat fruit

location 46.80 is the guy who gives a quest to turn corrupted plants into Windblossom Barries

Who is "the guy" that gives you the quest? I am there and am not finding it.

Maybess Riverbreeze (horde) and Arathandris Silversky (alliance) give you a quest called Cleansing Felwood (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=1087/cenarius-legacy/).

After you complete that quest they will give you 2x Cenarion Plant Salve as a reward each time you bring them 5x Patch of Tainted Skin or 6x Corrupted Soul Shard (these are horde side, alliance needs to bring other stuff). You'll also get 4200 XP for the first deliveries of skins and shards.

With the aforementioned plant salve you can turn every Corrupted Night Dragon, Corrupted Songflower, Corrupted Windblossom and Corrupted Whipper Root into cleansed plant.

Saving each plant requires 2x plant salve and gives you different useful objects:
windblossom gives 10x Windblossom Berries
songflower gives you Songflower Serenade
(I still have to find Night dragon and Whipper Root).

These are all of the spawns, they won't ever be changed. The respawn timer is 25 minutes, to cleanse them you either need to pick herbs or kill mobs and turn them into the materal which is used to cleanse the plant. You must have the Cenarion Beacon to be able to loot the material.

There is an AddOn for picking felwood plants, called FelwoodGatherer which you can download http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/addons-2446-1-felwoodgather.html

Just tested on Season of Mastery Classic and Well fed buff does NOT stack with this berry stamina buff. When I ate Monster Omelette the berry buff went away.
