I found the map a bit hard to read. She's in the first house on the left, coming North from the dock, on Theramore Island. It has a bunch of cannonballs & a blue and white flag outside. Price was 27S when I was there.

Is this one Alliance Only? I am looking but it seems that the people that carry it are only in alliance camps or am I missing something?

IT's sort of alliance only, the unlimited vendors are alliance. The limited supply is a goblin vendor. The horde equivalent is carrion surprise, also a 175 mystery meat food.

Innkeeper Lyshaerya doesn't carry the recipe (maybe since a recent patch) but Janet Hommers (Food & Drink lady) standing next to her does and it does not appear to be limited.

The problem you will have is that Mystery Stew requires a Skin of Dwarven Stout and there are none to be found among the abstemious elves, anywhere in Desolace.

The stout is bought from the inn keeper in Iron Forge, a little over 1s a piece.
