Why are all the good leather stuff on the annoying mobs that no one ever wants to kill? Every time I even mention killing this guy, my group just laughs at me. GRRR!

If you are a fan of the movie or book "A Clockwork Orange" you will love this. Wear it with a tuxedo shirt, white pants, and some black boots and you're ready to tolchock some malchecks for a malenky bit o' cutter for your rooker.

I can confirm that this item is now improved and of rare quality. It actually competes with Shadowcraft Tunic, really.

This is probably the best rare chest for a Rogue before Cadaverous Armor and Shadowcraft. If there's a feral druid with you though, you should consider passing to them or at least letting them roll against you for it.

Since patch 1.10 druids can get a very similar item via a quest in un'goro that can easily be soloed, and a Sunken Tempel run

i would rather like the drop from Plugger.
1: because druids only get +atk power from Strenght, not agility as rogues do, and it has much more stamina, wich is nice in bear.
2: it's much easier to get! just get a rogue to help you stealth run it, and it's your's in hours :) instead of taking a long chain of boring farming quests...

Druid only get 1 atk power from agility in catform, bear form gets no bonus from agility as far as atk power goes

whoever said to stealth in to get this thing from plugger spazzring is an idiot... you can't get anywhere in that place without getting creamed by yourself.. i just tried with a rogue and its pretty tough, but i got the grizzled pelt for druid which was not that hard... whoever said, stealth in with a rogue and get it, nice idea but it doesn't work...

it is very hard to convince party members to this boss, its really hard to find members for BRD , never finished full . i need this chest and dagger, is there a easy way to solo this boss? shadow protection is greater or normal? its very hard to sneak up to there if u re not subtlty rogue...

soloed with out breaking a sweat. Greater Shadow pot, and pulling away a couple of the guards with the beer trick. First time dropped the tunic

Killed him solo(60) with dagger spec 21 8 22. Shadow protection potion + healing potion. First kill, first drop :-)

Farmed it out as a 59 feral druid, dropped on 2nd try.

You can stealth there if you have the Shadowforge key. Once there, you go to the room near the bartender (Plugger, our target), where the reputation vendor is (don't worry about him).

Buy some beer from Plugger and just drop one in the room near the reputation vendor. Some of the patrons will start walking toward it, you can attack and kill them, they don't aggro only after a few seconds after they reach the beer. If one reaches the beer, no more will start walking so you may need 2-3 beers / run.

Once there are no more, you can get ready and pull Plugger. You can kill any patrols that come close, but it shouldn't be necessary.

No need to pickpocket Plugger, you can just target and Moonfire, it will turn hostile and come after you. I killed it in bear form, but doesn't seem to hit too hard. What you need to look out for is her spells, but just line-of-sight her when she starts casting - you can kill her around the corner of the room, run out or back in as needed to break line of sight and she won't be able to cast and you'll take very little dmg overall. I did heal once during the fight, just out of caution and because I didn't dodge all her attacks, but if you have better dps, you could take her out faster.

P.S. You can steal beer from the table near her too, but it turned her hostile after I took the 4th one, and aggroed many patrons that overwhelmed me on my first try.
