Found off a 34ish rock elemental in badlands (the one's just east of Kargath). It was bought out for 30g, it had 20g bid 30g BO.

I got my blue belt off of an Adolescent Whelp or a Dreaming whelp in Swamp of Sorrows(cant remember which),and it's not listed there.Funny.It aggroed on me while I was farming for a Tiny emerald whelpling.

Dropped off some rare-spawn right before the Frostbringer in RFD. I'm tired so i don't remember details, 'cept for that I won it. I'm pretty sure it was BoP in here though, but 1.10 just came out 2 days ago so it might have changed from what all these other people say.

lol i got this by coincidence. i decided to get off my mount to kill some random raptor and it dropped :) i plan to sell it for a decent amount of gold.

LOL bought it today for 3.5g. Some dude left it in ah for 1 silver starting bid and BO 19g. So i figured ill try win this. 2 hrs later i won it over other bidders for 3.5g :O How lucky is that?
Hit me with a mail ill sell it to u for a fair price :P. Maybe 15g u never know

We were adventurin in Stromgarde Keep in arathi. dropped off of one of the elites, i assume it was a rogue. it was in a party of 3 (warrior, rogue, mage.. desperately needed a healer at times, but it worked out). Being the only one who wore cloth, naturally i needed it. I'm currently wearing it,, though if i would have known it would sell for 50+ gold, i might not have.. it'd sure help in savin up for my mount. Even so, to find a blue thats req lvl is 2 less than me at the time,, was a godsend.

Well i got 2 in one day. . . believe it or not. . . one dropped from shadowmaw panther in STVN and the other from the fleshstalker raptor in AH, big laugh. .. otherwise this baby worth a fortune. . . around 6 at least

I was finishing up some quests in STV, and I found one in a chest somewhere in the Skullsplitter ruins (I forget which one had the chest, there are 3), then 5 minutes later I kill a Skullsplitter and it drops another one. Sold both for 12g buyout same day.

Got mine off a Skullsplitter Troll deep in the ruins, amongst the 44's and 45's. My first blue world drop.

Sold for 35g tonight, after about two runs through AH.

Funny...I also got my second blue drop last night, a Wolffear Harness off a chest in Stromgarde.

Just checked up on items to buy for my priest. came to this item whilst soloing SM arm with my warr. This was in a chest O.o. seems weird cos i have this open in the background lol. no need to buy one now ^^

Found one of these on my rogue when I was going to meet up with a group in Uld and a pesky mountain lion dismounted me. Killed it and grabbed the belt. Even funnier is the group disbanded a few mins later due to bickering.
