Unless your life depends on it and even for that reason I would suggest that you never equip it (as it binds on equip). This is a very very rare drop that is much desired by twinks.

It's worth a lot of gold at the AH (75-150 depending on servers), see my point?

i'm pretty sure it's just a world drop guys, could drop anywhere, from any mob with a high enough level. Not likely to find it by farming particular mobs.

i got it around level 40 or so, probably in STV or Alterac.

i'm a hunter on Eredar, so i'm still using it at level 46. My only complaint: since it's got a low level requirement, it's short, like most low-level capes - I think it barely makes it down to my knees:

Somebody was selling this item on AH for over 100g. I needed it for my 29 rogue. I mailed the guy and told him I'd buy it for a reasonable price. He asked how much? I said I had 39g to spare. He said 3g. He cancelled the auction and we made the trade and he said keep the money. I don't need it lol. nice guy

Wasn't looking for it, was farming for the leather and one dropped off a level 31-32 scorpion in Shimmering flats. Hope to sell it for 60+ gold if not its going to my rogue.

Running around on my mount and I felt like killing a random 34 ogre. I did, and this dropped. First kill. A few people telling me it's the best 20-29 back piece.

I found it off of a buzzard in the badlands right by the instance, put it up for auction for 55G on Echo Isles server Alliance Side. Hasn't sold yet

I'd just ran to Hammerfall to get the flight path, and was travelling towards Wetlands for a quest. I aggro'd a young mesa buzzard and instead of just runnin till he gave up... I stopped for some quick xp. Lo and behold, I got a green belt and this!

Found one of these a bit over a year ago while leveling my main hunter, should've sold it but didn't know what it was worht so equipped it. Found another one off a troll in Arathi while leveling my druid and I'll use it on my druid or rogue, even if I get 65g it's almost nothing in TBC.

I got this for my Hunter from the AH for around a gold.

Then I saw two, the next day for upwards of 20. :)

I'll be keeping this until I am at least lvl 50. :D

Got it off a yeti in southshore. I saw some horde rogue, i'm alliance rogue and i dident kill him when i could have. Instead i killed a yeti and this dropped, then the rogue attacks me to be raped by yeti.
