The effect can be amplified using items like band of the unicorn. The effect of poached salmon stacks with troll blood and lifestones. When you add it all together, in combat health recovery is staggering. You'll heal faster than a lvl 60 mob can damage you.

It stacks with Mighty Troll's Blood potion, and is actually quite useful for grinding. My warrior was killing plaguebats in Eastern Plaguelands with little downtime and no bandages with those 2 buffs.

Can someone please tell me where I might find the recipe for this? I have been selling the Sunscale Salomon I have been finding to a vendor because I cannot find the recipe, seems like a shame to waste the fish like that.

I think the goblin vendor at steamwedle port in Tanaris (near GZ) sells it

You can get the recipe from Gixxix, Steamwheedle port.

These are super cheap at the moment, just about 2s a pop. Not only that, but you get the buff immediately, you don't have to keep eating like with most foods.

Would definitely recommend, especially for leveling warlocks.
