I don't know about these...they don't sound like they should exist...the level requirement is WAY too high for the AC it gives (and without any other bonuses), and other "good" quality leather wrist armors with a level requirement of 52, (like the Traveller's Bracers) offer 64 AC only cost 3 gold 99 silver 40 copper with stamina and agility bonuses...

Either it's fake, offers more bonuses, or it's totally overpriced with terrible lelve requirements!
