dropped off from lvl49 elite giant in maraudon

It's definitely level 47...

If you go over to Thottbot it shows this weapon at Lvl 52 and Gallant Flamberg as Lvl 57 which makes a lot of sense.

Why does this do such crap damage when the dps on the lvl 54 green is way better?
