Is this a Furbolg that sells this patern in their Forteress? you must be neutral or friendly to them for that u can buy it?

Yes, a furbolg sells them. You need to be friendly to get it (which I did by farming the furbolgs just next to the hold, circling to kill the named guy whenever he popped). I've seen it on the AH a couple times too though.

I grinded with my leatherworker character to friendly and bought this recipes for a guild mate who is a tribal leather worker. But he can't learn the recipe because it now requires friendly status with the Timbermaw just to learn them.

Is this normal? It doesn't make any sense to me, they could just make it Bind on Pickup if one has to get to friendly status oneself in order to learn this pattern.

when i try to buy items from the timbermaw you get this pattern from it tells me that bag is full, but my bags arent can anyone help me?

When i logged to see this recipe it didn't say tribal required until I saw the whole picture with the detailed label...and since it's BOP don't buy it unless you are trained in tribal cuz you won't be able to AH it or sell it to someone...this goes for all the recipes that Meilosh sells which I got to see what he has to offer and he has some really good stuff, just be sure to be trained in it:)

I just bought the pattern on the AH. I am at 2450/3000 hostile and could learn it.

So why is the pattern listed as BoP? And why is the required rep to learn it false as well?

Okay i guess to put it simply, this pattern exists in 2 forms, a bind on pickup faction-locked version that requires friendly with the timbermaw, and this version, an exceptionally rare world drop version from mostly level 55+ mobs. it can be found in lockboxes and i myself got it from Lard's Lunch.
