If you look them up on Thottbot (where you are right now) you will see that they are the objective of a horde quest in Ashenvale. If you aren't Horde, sell them on a neutral AH. If you are, collect all of the pages, put them together into chapters and turn them in for the quest. This website gives you all the information you need to answer your question if you just calm down and read it.

someone said this is the worse quest ever, spent way too much time on it. This is the easiest quest ever and most beneficial. Instead of going grinding for the sole purpose of collecting the pages, just collect them as you do quests. working on two quests I got all the pages except for 7 and 12. I am sure I can find them in the AH if i dont find those two when I finsh questing. You get like 3600 exp so its worth it. All the trouble it causes you is just eating up a bit of inventory space.

Easy quest...just got pages 1-8 from ashenvale (thistlebur camps) and then bought the rest from Org AH

This quest is do-able if you have a lil patience and some luck with AH :P

I have had trouble binding the pages together, I get a message which says "Missing Reagent". Apparently this is a bug, but Bliz are working on fixing it. I was told to hang on to my pages till it was fixed.

So, if you can spare the inventory space (I have 11 pages from different chapters!) then keep your pages, apparently!

im having problems too, whenever i try to bind the pages, i get a message displaying 'zno charges left' what does this meaaan?

If anyone's getting the "Missing Reagents" error, here's how I solved it. After getting every page, you're going to need one duplicate page from each chapter. So in order to bind chapter 1, you'll need, p1, p2, p3, p4, plus another p. Then right-click the duplicate page. That way, when it looks for the reagents, it'll find the duplicate (for some reason, the right-clicked page isn't detected during the binding). Make sure that the page clicked doesn't have the attribute "Changes left: 0." Then it'll give you a "No Charges Left" error. It'll use up all 5 pages, and I'm not sure if any other duplicates will be used either, so auction off the ones you don't need first.

First to bind them , right click on every fourth page of a chapter ( page 4, page 8 page 12 ) if you had all 12 pages of them.
Second basically i collected almost all the pages in Thistle village. thats abt it.

This is quite an easy quest, just need lil patient. Do not focus on this quest, instead work on one or two other quests. I got all the pages by myself, and even more for the AH.

After getting all the pages, you need to have 1 extra page for each chapter to combine them (For example, you need one extra page of page 1 to 4 to combine chapter 1).

Not sure if it's just that maintenance was in about 30 min or so but for chapter one i had all the pages, but when i tried to put them together it would cast the "spell" and then fail saying im missing the reagant which would always be the page (1-4) that i clicked on. This is my last chapter and i wanna finish this quest!

What use is this to an Alliance Member? I just happened to collect them all, but they're soulbound and they're unique non-sellable items.

The chapters are soul bound but the pages are not, and can be bought, sold, traded.

Note that the pages will drop when you're not doing the quest.
My suggestion is that you don't accept the quest until you have all the pages.
