It's a quest reward from BFD. Horde & Alliance I think.

You get this quest at the Zoram strand. Head north out of the Barrens into Ashenvale then go west along the main road until you come to the Sea. Head to the south edge of the beach and there is a nice little troll outpost and a whack of quests. Don't forget to talk to the flight master now that you've walked all the way here!

This quest is Horde only. Horde gets it easy with twice as many quests as Alliance. An undead warlock gets twice as much quests as a human warlock. I can prove it if you look on thottbot, and search for warlock quests.

i found in under water when i solve the quest to get the Fathom COre, it's a water element type mob, very high damage mob

Could someone in plain English please explain how to get this if you are a horde. I have searched under quests in Ashenvale and BFD and nothing has come up.

This is a drop from Blackfathom Deeps. It's an orb and it's blue. If you are 21, you right-click it and you go to a guy in Zoram-Gar Outpost. After you turn it in, you get it.

You will get the quest inside BFD. You need too make a quest you get outside BFD where you have too open a stone too get the thing you need for that quest. After you have opened the stone a lvl 28(elite) boss will spawn. Kill him and you will get something that you shall give too a person at zoram strand. Then you can choose between this one or a 1H sword.

paired it with swinetusk shank, nice for a mage. Edged out my cresent staff in stats and DPS (though i use a starfaller wand in combat.)

Plus i look like a rogue with 2 blades drawn.

Use this with hypotic blade, and maybe switch it out with the Orb from SM graveyard for pvp. Very nice combo. :)

i have this but i cant use it bc i have a staff which is 2-handed. how is it? does it work good?would u reccommend it?

I believe I got this from a quest reward in The Zoram Strand in Ashenvale (Horde). I think it was a choice between this and a Wingblade but I can't recall the quest name at the moment.

Reward from the quest Baron Aquanis(Horde). Other choice is Outlaw Sabre, very nice sword.

you must have "Strange Water Globe" (dropped by Baron Aquanis). This item begins a quest "Baron Aqanis". Rewards: "Witch's Finger" or "Outlaw Sabre"

this item is really a neat novelty(besides the nice stats for an offhand) because it looks like a dagger with a slight red glow effect... so it makes you look like you're duel weilding :)

First, you have to complete this quest:
Quest: The Essence of Aku'Mai
Turn it in (village).
Then, you have to do this quest:
Quest: Amongst the Ruins (Elite)
When you click the piece of rock that has the core you need, Baron Aquanis spawns.
Loot the Strange Water Globe from the baron and right click on it --it will start a quest. Bring the Strange Water Globe to Je'neu Sancrea and you will be able to receive the Witch's Finger as one of the rewards. Second option as reward is Outlaw Sabre.

I am not posting all the details on quests and items, you can look them up on allakhazam.

Dont know for sure.
But you get it in BDF(sure). You killa Lady Sarevess in a cave NE from the turtleroom.
Think you get the quest from a looted item that tell you to return to one of the trolls in zooram strand...................end

Dropped off a quest, I'm surprised Wowreader didn't catch it when I uploaded it. I'm pretty sure the quest is from 1k needles or Ashenvale (BFD). I'll check later.

What lvl do you have to be to do the quest in 1k needles, and how gives the quest?
