no imba comments? i met the little pristy today after the 1.10 patch and i wasnt thinking about their new tactics anyway he was lvl 28 and i 30 he managed to kill me once and got away with 300 life left but then =D soulstone! he ran like a #$%^& but i got him haha. smile =D thx blizzard for this little sweedtybuff

Once apon a time there was a party of 5 uber people going to stratholme to defeat the baron within 45 minutes just for the heck of it. A retribution/holy paladin, a tanking warrior, a resto/balance druid and an unknown evil warlock. We, I mean THEY started as normal, killing a few ghouls and banshees. But little did they know that the evil warlock was in fact an agent of the scourge in his own quest of making them fail Dead Man's Plea. He did his job properly, using forces of shadow and flame on the undead scourge - until they got to the Baroness....

"Come to me, mortals! Your bodies will make fine leather outfits!" The warrior taunted her "You have no power over us, Banshee! You are formless!" Baroness Anastari shrilled and flew from her domain to the warrior. The warrior what he could to maintain her hate towards him but the warlock had other plans: he called forth demonic fire on the baroness. She shivered in pain and searched for the insolent target.. She smiled at him and shrieked "your body will make fine housing, warlock" She charged at his heart, making him grow in amazing size and strength, completely possessing his body. He laughed as he feared the party with a howl of terror. The powerful, but not immortal party ran scattered and pulled many ghouls, gargoyls and acolytes.

The bold paladin took action immediately! "Light, give me protection!" A divine shield then surrounded the paladin as he went head-to-head with the noob warlock of doom. "Leave his poor soul, Anastari! You have no place there!" He prayed to the Holy Light once again: "Light, bless my blade and let me free my friend in arms!" His sword shined with holy crusader light as he stabbed the warlock directly in his shackled heart, exorcising the barnoness. She was furious: "you will not get away with that, paladin!" She focused her shadow and nature power directly to the paladin, critically injuring him.
"use your soulstone on me or we will all perish!" cried the dying paladin.

But the devious warlock just chuckled at the horrified paladin. "Come forth, my pet of the void! be my shield!" the warlock called as he instantly summoned a voidwalker and sacrificed it. Surrounded by a demonic shield, the warlock used his stone of hearth to return to his evil domain.

The paladin swore to find the warlock and revenge him... So he went to naxxramas alone as an elite death knight. He entered the room of the 4 horsemen and kneeled before Mograine the Ashbringer. "What is it, insect?" The former paladin's aura turned into pure shadow, killing nearby rats. "I am here for a simple trade..."

A good way around the 30 minute cooldown on a soulstone is to do the following.

soulstone yourself and immediately logout, login again after 30 minutes have passed and you will find that you still have the soulstone buff that didnt wear off(at 30 minute duration) but the soulstone spell has cooled down...

that way u can have a soulstone on yourself and also on another party member (it still requires u to prepare this by logging off for 30 minutes but this is useful if u're already at an instance entrance waiting for other party members and have nothing better to do)
