Free Wing Commander Vipore from the Horde basecamp, escort him back to Dun Baldar, and he'll ask for the Lieutenant's Medals.

as far as i found out for now the 3 commanders for the alliance are :
1) for the soldiers medals
in the horde tower half the way from iceblood graveyard to frostwolf graveyard
2) for the leutenant medals
in the outer courtyard of the horde hq in the second tent to the right, right after you enter through the main entrance
3) for the commanders medal
in the inner courtyard of the horde base in one of the 2 towers (i think it was the eastern one)

they all can be spoken to and once anyone on your team does this, this npcs will try to run back from theire position to the alliance hq where they will stop at the 2 gryphons (south end of the allied hq). so be sure to tell your team to wait with speaking to them until the way back is save, if theese npcs die you missed the only chance to turn in the medals.

Do you only keep them when in Av? I had some an soon as i left Av they all dis on me!
