This trinket is very, very good. For the level you can get it (easy to obtain around lvl45) it's easily the best one for the level if you're in melee a lot. For casters, it's very situational, and alright, but definately benefits melee more!

Get this as soon as you can!

easy to exploit vs. silithid swarmers so that it keeps proccing 100% of the time. +25 all stats is better than any other trinket buff in the game if you can get it to proc. In normal grinding solo it procs pretty reliably when i'm outnumbered by 3 or more mobs.

Hrrrmm, having 2x2% isn't 4% :), if you for example had 50 of them, you wouldn't get 100%, see where I'm going :)?

My MotC just procced when I killed a Deeprun rat. WTF?

This also procs when you block (since you are, in fact, struck) which is why a deeprun tram rat could indeed proc this.

Does this not work in PVP? I spent 3 hours getting hit in WSG and not a single proc.

As far as I know no one hax'd anything to get two. Theres was a short period of time when the game was glitched and you could pick up this quest more then once. I happend across it when helping my guild run the quest over and over again a long time ago. Now I have 3 of them. I do not need 3 but its just not something everyone has so I might as well keep them to show off a little.

I'm a 57 warrior and this is STILL the trinket I equip when tanking. The hundreds/thousands of hits you get as a tank will trigger this baby quite a few time and +25 stats in the middle of a battle is great!

Apart from this trinket I equip either the Gnomish Death-Ray or Shrink-o-Matic but that's mostly for soloing stuff.

No you do not have to be Ally with the Centaur. I was Neutral when I received this quest.

I love this trinket, almost always wear it. It seems to proc a lot more than the 1% proc from my Force of Will as well.

After A LOT of theory crafting. This is definitely a trinket to hold onto forever for classic if you are a tank.

+25 to all stats for 60 seconds is incredible.

STR to increase your shield block and AP
AGI to increase your armor, dodge and crit
STAM to increase your health.

this is amazing DO NOT VENDOR IT!

Mind boggling to think that people only ever recommend this specifically for tanks, 25 to every stat is HUGE for anyone. Sure it'll proc more if you're tanking, but if you're out in the world soloing or otherwise expecting to take frequent hits, it's worth slapping this on just for that 2% chance at a massive buff every so often.

An amazing trinket for tanks and anyone who gets hit often enough to have high uptime.

As a warrior you gain on proc:

50 AP
12 Block
1.25% crit
1.25% dodge
250 HP

However, the value diminishes the fewer the mobs you tank. On most raid bosses, it's not a great choice. 2% might sound not too bad a proc chance, but when you only get hit once every other second, you might fight a boss a whole 3 minutes and not get a single proc. In a dungeon or on larger trash packs however, it basically turns into a flat bonus.

Mark of the Chosen once triggered can be unequipped and its Buff effect (+25 all stats) will remain. If a weak mob is present before you'll be engaging a boss, trigger the trinket by attacking the mob, once triggered swap to another trinket.

Shaman Tanks want this trinket, it's very good. This trinket is BiS in many situations for a Shaman Tank.
