This is a great weapon for warriors/rogues. The fast speed makes it either a great poison dispenser, or a great for proccing those flurries =). Not good for hunters, though, because of lack of stats. The proc is especially nice in PvP!

This looks exactly like the shaman claws in WCIII, i will be using this no matter what happens simply because of the ORSMness.

This claw isn't usable in main hand (see offhand)
So any class other than rogue/war/hunter that picks this has a nice purple useless item.

Currently my rogues using the primary of this set with heartseeker in offhand for the crit%.

When I get done setting things up in about a month or so it'll be -

A 31% crit rate + the stun procs of hurd(if i can get it within 100 tries of resetting hehe) combined with the att speed proc of eskandar with SlicenDice and poisons and lifedrainer and crusader and then darkmoons elemental card (for more procs since i'm using a mega fast weapon) should = death.

The only thing that is irritating about this set up is the fact that according to how fast you swing Attpower bonus gets spread out per second over the number of attacks... this causes a visual decrease in white damage per hit compratively to high damage slow weapons.
(this is why i've been slowly dumping att power items for crit/agil items :( )

I'm a rogue and I think this set would be insane for a rogue. Fury warriors also would be insane with this. Everyone should know that rogues have a talent that makes them have +5% chance to crit with fist weapons. I'm not saying this is a rogue/fury warrior weapon only but I would love to have this. Combine with full Bloodfang = unstoppable. Get Lifestealing on both fist weapons if you can.

Currently I am a 53 warrior that duel weilds Hanzp's. FURY spec. I have to say that the weapons on this page are specifically designed with a fury warrior in mind. The slowing, bleeding, and very high speed are all much more useful to a fury warrior than to any other class.

Over the last few levels I've found that anything witha speed under 2.0 is what you want if you are dueling and in zerker stance.

<----- did a 3 hour jintha run with a mixed group (mage, lok, hunter, and priest) I did 42.8% of the total damage the party did. Nukers are NOT the highest DPS class in the game. No where near it.

Stop being stupid here, this is definetly a Warrior set, for Fury specced Warriors

Right claw totaly suck for Rogues, and both weapons totaly suck for Hunters.

rogue only, druids dont get the set bonus/any of the procs off weapons, the armour can be quite nice tho

I find it ironic that they made fist weapons the most gimp weapon class in the game, then they make a set of fists that kick so much ass it could make Jesus weep.

im lvl 60 rogue, and i would use this set, together with shadowcraft (what exactly fits) i think this is the ultimate combination, although there is no ambush possibillity, poisons proc is way higher then normal..

i know this has been said over and over, but this is a GODLIKE hunter weapon. i could see a rouge rolling on it(that wont stop me from rolling of course), but seeing as how it is off hand i dont think many wars would sacrifice thier sheilds for it.

you can roll for it if every rogues passed..

if these would drop, i'd sure as hell roll. Love being the only fist weapon user in my guild :D.

As for the comment about melee being secondary to hunters. True, but in all honesty, when you see a hunter, do you stay nicely at about 30 yds or do you try to get close? Thought so :p. It's as important for hunters to have decent melee weapons as it is for any class. If this would drop in a pickup raid, i'd of course let rogues roll on it first, more benefit.

This set is a piece of %^&* for rogues. The mainhand is 1.5 speed and the whole set gives you 8 AP.. You could consider using this offhand for a while, but it'll be replaced soon with something better anyway.

I have had the right claw for a while now, but Azuregos keeps getting ganked on Lothar. I swear they have like a separate comp running with just a char looking at his spawn point. Oh well, someday I will finish the damned set.

How often does this proc? If it's at all often this thing rules. If I'm reading it correctly (30 seconds of 40% reduced movement).

Ahh you guys forget about combat spec rogues as always. 5 crit from malice 5 crit for fists= around 30-33 crit with my current gear. Poisons, speed procs speed abilites allows me to have 80% increased speed on occassions. And to even think of windfury procs. Screw gouge it is hardly ever used in PvP. As combat spec I use it if alone and either need a sec to vanish or to get away otherwise I might aswell use blind. I like it to keep rogues I am fighting from restealthing. Oh and the full set is based on crit chance... I doubt many of us have over 30% crit chance unless we are hunters.

Reason why these aren't as good for hunters: Melee is SECONDARY to Ranged. Plain Simple Understandable.

This set is a sick set for any class that can use claws. Its godlike for hunters cause the complete set has a on critical strike summon spirit of eskander and mind you that works both with melee and ranged so in other woulds multishoting and this thing will never go away unless im standing in IF i crit every multishot. Plus the pet has the skill expose weakness which for those who dont know is also on the dragonstalker complete set for those who wonder what that skill does it addes 450 damage to any ranged attack made on the target from any person.

As for rogues and warriors @#$% yes this is good for both if they are spec'd for it the set is useable with all epic and rare sets so that makes it great right there.

Personally as a hunter this is the best weapon set up i could have fast for wing clips + to crits which of course already means super ranged damage. I would pair it with Dragonstalkers set and the Epic Bow or even a Hurricane or Precisely Calibrated Boomstick for faster ranged attack.

Rogues now need a hella tight dagger set like this if they had that they would wipe thier @55 with this set.

As for fury warriors they need a beefed up Flurry axe something with sick damage and still multi hits so that the rage bar just keeps filling and filling at crazy speed double flurry axes and my fury warrior never loses rage bar its awesome but they need more damage.

Ideal for combat spec rogue with impro slice and dice and great for poisoning, for that set i can destroy all my gear and made a new rogue with +80% atc speed, this will own all, nvm class, rogue with this set its IMMORTAL KILLER.
