Yes you also had name of the NPC that drops it correct as well. If you go strait from the instance and hug the right side and follow the wall then take the right at the far back side of the opened courtyard where you can look DOWN into the middle it will lead you to her. She is UP a ramp and guarded by a minion. Not TOO tough long as you kill the pet first and there are no other adds.
Supposedly the helm is the rare drop. Friends on another server said they killed her about 14 times already (their guild) and just one drop. Guess I was lucky to get mine on the first try.

This helmet is perfect for Molten Core because of the fire and shadow resistance. Plenty of fire attacks in MC, and Lucifron has a nasty shadow damage curse.

Blegh dont even get me started on lucifron....but yes, this out does your set cap for MC, its only in MC that u learn to really apprecaite fire/shadow resists.

2 rogues. We killed the imp first, and vanish after kill. med up, cooldowm timers back to 0 and stunlock Lethandris. Using kidney shot the whole time helps alot, cause her spells crit mad. Prep is also a good thing to have, can't beat 2 cb's in a fight (with 2 prep rogues, thats 4:D..Great cap and one of the easiest loots to get from a high end instance.

Rogues. If you get this, hold on to it even when/if you get the shadowcraft cap. It is good for a Fire Resist starter set. I have SC and im doing runs just to get this. Still no luck :(

VERY NICE! This is a solid FR cap when you put the Libram of Resilience on it.

Farmed this with 2 other rogues, and its pretty easy if you have the right tactics.
We did it like this:

- First we kill her imp by cheap shotting it 2x with two rogues, and the last rogue cheap shotting Lethendris when she is about to cast her void spell while the other two focus the imp.
Remember to kick when she is about to cast the void skill it'll easy hit you for about 1000 shadowdmg in notime.
After the third rogue interuppted her spells with kick, everyone just focused the imp and killed it pretty fast then we simly vanished with the fireball debuff on us.
Remember to vanish about at the same time so she wont retarget one of you and if you dont have prep you're gonna die for sure.

-To kill her is pretty simple, she can easily be stunlocked with cheap shot/kidney shot.
Remember to use daggers and backstab instead of swords, she got a pretty tough armor and my duble Dal'rend with +15 agi enchant didnt hurt her for #$%^.

This boss is not soloable after the patch but 2 rogues can do it if they got the right buffs etc.
We did it with 3 just to be sure of no wipes.

Its very easy to get, just a group of 2 rogues and 1 druid. Stealth to her (from the backdoor located in Lariss pavillion or whatever its called), first rogues kill the add (druid heals). After add is gone nuke the boss down. It takes only few minutes to do the whole run. If cap doesn't drop, get out of the instance and remake the group.

This is good for Rogues and Hunters, but as a group leader you must be able to decide regardless of the rolls which person deserves it first.

If i'm leading a group with a rogue and hunter who both don't have it and the rogue has some lame helm of fire or something and the hunter has something that is high end blue/epic I'm giving directly to rogue, because the need for FR is higher as a rogue.

With druids, i think they could get this if once again, the rogue and hunter both had good @#$% on, but still the rogue is #1, then hunters, then druids.

This happens to me on my rogue a lot when the SC stuff drops. The druid should have no right to take any SC if i am wearing a green no less. I have whitnessed 3 SC go to a druid, and it's not like i want the full set, cuz it's relatively !@#$ty. Regardless, when someone honestly needs the piece for a spot where s/he has a green on then it should go need to them automatically...imo

this is NOT a hunter cap. I dont know if u can see the armor is LEATHER? and hunters can get their own +agi helmets, etc. beastalker.

Got a 3 rogue 2 druid stealth run together and she was so easy. In the end both druids had to go and the 3 rogues were able to kill her without any trouble.

Neither Leth NOR her imp can be SAPPED, however BOTH can be stunned (cheap shot + kidney shot) and kicked, so a group of three rogues (or two with blade flurry) can easily do stealth runs at her.

In 4 runs she dropped the cap 3 times which makes me wonder if we were really lucky, or if drop rates are effected by the group makeup.

FYI herbalists: the room she's in is full of ghost mushroom and gromsblood, it doesn't get much better than that. Not sure if you can ninja them without aggro, I didn't try.. but if so it'd be a nice place to farm.

Just solo'd this as sword/assass spec, dunno what the guy above is smoking. :P

Krol w/Crusader/Thrash w/+7dmg, Mongoose Pot, Shadow Prot, various scrolls, Fort etc...properly buffed she CAN be solo'ed. I'm a new server so I'm wearing mostly SC w/1 NS piece, nothing spectacular. Kill demon first, then vanish and wait for CD if non-prep. Pop Blade Flurry, 5 pnt Expose, 3 pnt Slice n'Dice, Evasion etc along w/Crusader proc'ing and let God sort her out.. make sure to interupt w/kidney shot and kick. Bring health pots and fight her smart and it's easy. Sprint also useful for running out of LoS then bandaging. Good luck, first try no Felhide...about to go again.

This would do well for a hunter that needs a Fire Resistance head piece as well. Obviously, if you're in a PuG the rogue has dibs, but don't just DE Greed this if noone else wants.

Dm is nice for loot but I have

Ghostshroud.

For a feral druid:

+12 Strength
+19 Agility
+18 Stamina

= 47 AP, nearly the same crit/hit

Me (60 rogue) a 60 druid and another 60 rogue came in the back way, and if you do it right you don't HAVE to kill anything till you get to her and her imp. However it's alot less risky if you kill the one mob that is stealthed close to the entrance of the long narrow corridor. just pull him to the corner away from the other mobs.

We got the druid and the rogue theirs after about 5 runs. (takes about 5 minutes per run) and then stoped cuz I wasn't sure if I wanted to give up my ghostshround or not. Still not sure, they are both really nice.

Can be done with pre-raid equipped Rogue and Druid.

Did it with my Rogue friend, he was BRD/LBRS/UBRS geared, I was not and I was wearing a bit cloth. Anyways, we were farming this for my friend. Stealthing isn't hard, if you don't fall, you help each other out, use sprint/dash on the right spot and don't rush the process.

The boss it self is a bit hard, died a few times, but we didn't give up and tried different tactics. The one we succeeded with was that both of us used stealth/prowl, backstabbed/ravaged the imp, I used rake and rip, then switched to healing/firing. I used every buff, debuff and ability on that fight and we managed to beat both of them with minimal health left. I got my quest done and he got his helm.

The key is to take one of them first down and then move on to the next one. Only enough damage to the other one so that the Druid can heal. Of course you could take the boss down first, loot and fight/bail/ress after that.

Easily duo-able as a 60 rogue with a 60 druid.

Just watch out for the invisible satyrs which detect you through stealth. There is one you have to fight in the hallway between the plant room and the satyr/Lethtendris room.

Put on some MIND NUMBING POISON, it will help a great deal.

Have the druid open up with a starfire/faerie fire on the imp and pop into bear form. Burn the imp as fast as possible (ambush, backstab, backstab, cold blood eviscerate should be plenty if you can crit).

Once the imp is dead the druid might need to heal, so a frenzied regeneration will buy you time to build up 5 CP for a kidney shot (she is not immune to CS/KS or kick unlike what some posts say). When you kidney shot her the druid can pop out of bear form and heal up/faerie fire. The rest of the fight is easy if you just make sure you kidney shot/kick/vanish-cheap shot/bash each of her spells.

She is immune to stun and Kidney shot, suggest you get 2 druids and 3 rogues if you wanna "farm" this.

EDIT : My 11 run now, it dropped 3x times in a row at the start but hasnt dropped since.

I farmed it with the help of a Warrior and a Priest. got it on the third kill. Easy kill with our team.

Easily farmed by 2 rogues and a druid; can be done by 2 rogues, if you don't screw up and you have some healing pots. If the druid comes along and plays healer, it's a piece of cake.

Open up on the imp first, kill him, then kill Lethtendris. She can be stunned, so Kidney shot is viable here. You could Vanish after the imp kill, then Cheap Shot her, but I never do. Just whack on her.

This is doable with just 2 rogues, no healers needed. Though we both had a few potions. Though it was me, lvl 60 and another rogue lvl 57, so its not that hard.

One thing though, when you fight the imp, she will use immolate on you... which means you gota run/sprint out far enough then use vanish so you don't aggro. We ran twice, dropped both times... :D

You can solo her and the imp, granted you vanish and wait for cooldowns after you kill the imp.

Need to be combat though.

The felhide cap are easy to get . farming it now as i type this. im playing with 2 rogues lvl 60 since she can be stunned by Cheap Shot and Kidney Shot. really easy. ^_^

Edit:Not that easy.. friend got it on first run but the other she did a spell with a Huge amount of dmg. we all died :(

Edit2: killed her 3 times got 3 Felhide. just keep her kidneyshoted, simple. have fun guys

so i just tried to duo this with 2 lvl 60 rogues, 1 there are stealth mobs that can see through stealth, 2 there is a 2nd elite named mob with the boss. We tried to sap, both are immune and both seem to hit for anywhere from 500-1200 fire and shadow damage.
So Id really like to know how this is doable with 2 rogues.

I suppose i am not going to be one of those Rogues, who choose crit chance on items over Agi/Sta. Just don't wanna lose the HP, the attack power and dodge chance.

So which one should i choose: this or Ghostshroud?
