I say rarely killed not because he is hard, but because parties typically do not choose to do him.

Other half comes from Black Guard Swordsmith in Stratholme - Baron side. Together, they form Volume III, which is the helm.

drops in LBRS at a pile of skulls before quartermaster i think, dont remmeber. have to kill a bunch of urok mages and enforcers. dropped in 10man raid and i won :)

Is this part of the book BOP? i know none of the others are, however I have never seen this in the AH on Draenor server.

This Drops Off Urak Doomhowl. You Have to put the spear you get off wall earlier in LBRS along with the head from first boss. Is about a 15% drop. If any get on alliance side on the Shadow Council server pst Flitonious. Or COD it to me for 100g. Have been trying for this drop for about 2 months now. Boss is a royal pain. Drops in raid and 5 man.

The bottom half of the plans are indeed a drop off of this mob: Urok Bloodhowl. It says he is rare because you cannot just run in and fight him. There is a balcony with a pile of skulls on it in Lower Blackrock Spire (LBRS). Alone, the pile does nothing, but if you get a pike from the wall and Omokk's head (you can get it even if you've already complete the quest) you can summon Urok. You take the pike and head to the pile and use them with the pile to make the ogre appear. Warning, he has many many adds, and if you're not on the quest, this can be done in a raid making it incredibly easy. 5-man is trickier, but it can still be done because of the pike. During the fight you can run over to the pike and use it, it will knock about 3/4 of the life of all the adds off, and also harm Urok. This can be done every so often, and it is key to winning a 5-man. After he's done, he probably won't drop the bottom half of the plans... but he may eventually. Good luck! Moofe on Terenas horde side can make the entire enchanted thorium set.

YES! It is possible for him to drop the plans on a 10-man raid. It just dropped for me. Now to make myself some sexy armor.

Don't forget that if you use the pike and head, you can't complete Warosh's quest if you're on it. So you need to get another pike and head the next time to go around.

Got it too and am an armorsmith. so i'll keep it.

The items you can make with these 3 new recipies are ok, but not good enought to warrent high AH prices on the books.

If you get 25g for this one (which is the hardeste book to get imo) i would be supprised.

Ofcause there are those who want every recipy nomatter what. They might pay more

This price really flucuates from server to server. I got this two days ago and I put it up on AH with a 110g startin bid, thinking nobody would bid on it. Within 24 hours...it got up to 200g before it ended. So I guess it really relies on the demand for your server, or if people buy gold on yours. (My server has a bad rep for that =( ) So when selling my opinion is to not put a BO so it will push up higher. =)
