I just got the trinket yesterday and I went to do some testing in Tanaris (Im lvl 60 rogue dual dagger). On a lvl 42 mobs, the trinket proc 0-3 times a fight (fight last 15-20 sec). Im not using any special ability for my testing.

I would say that the proc is really good on fast weapon but wouldnt be too good on a slow 2 hand...

Will have to test it more

It does not proc more often for a rogue than a warrior, cause that's a x/min proc type, like the SOC of paladin.

i just brought warlords ace for 10g since i believe that is consider the cheapest price that i can ever get in ah! However, I am not sure if warlords deck would be useful for rogue, how often does it occur once?

8~10% proc rate, awsome for farming/grinding, even works in all feral forms (lvl 60 feral druid)!

Can anyone tell me the answer to this question.

I have a level 60 warrior and am arms specced and use a slow 2h weapon.

Is there any point in getting this trinket due to the cost involved and the likely proc rate I will get.

To all the curious Druids.
The reason chance on hits with our wepons do not work is because the proc is bound to the weapon. We do not have our wepons in Feral forms.
but YES this trinket DOES Proc in cat / bear or whatever form because the proc is bound to the trinket. I asked a GM about this and thats the response i got. :) Happy Hunting Druids

I know Warlords and Elementals deck are unique, so I cant use 2 elementals or 2 Warlords. But is it possible to use one of each at the same time (1Warlords and 1Elementals)?

Was just wondering that is this item actually worth the gold (about 500G if bought seperatly on my server) before I complete the set?

I was planning on getting both this and the elementals trinket. But at 1000G for the both, am I better off getting my epic mount?

What do you guys think?

I am a pally, picture this:

Thunderfury (speed 1.90)
Seal of Light (Chance to heal for 94 per hit)
Judgement of Light (Chance to heal for 61 per hit)
Redemption Armour Set (+385 Healing)
Darkmoon Card: Heroism (Chance to heal for 120-
180 per hit)
Crusader Enchant (Chance to Heal for 75-125 per
hit)

BASICALLY NO DAMAGE TAKEN FTW!

Alternatively, you can switch out the Seal of Light for Seal of the Crusader (+365 Attack Power and changes the speed of Thunderfury to 1.14)

Anyone knows if this trinket has a higher percentage to proc if one is using a slow 2h vs a fast duel wield?

If I know Blizzard, chances are the slower your attack speed, the higher your proc percentage.

I'm a lvl 60 rogue and i wanna know which card is the best for a Rogue, the healing stuff or extra damage? Cuz i heard that the healing trinket has more chance to proc, pls respond on this Comment ! :)

Humanoids and Undead.

I have acquired cards in drops from mini-bosses, the Orcs of UBRS, the Undead of the Plaguelands, even bosses in Scholomance. They are all over the game but commonly drop on higher level silver and gold ranked Humanoids and Undead.

In addition, they are usually reasonably cheap on the Auction House (2-15+ gold) except for the Ace which, of course, is the rarest and most valuable (20-100+ gold). Remember that the prices will vary depending on server and idiocy levels.

An easy search here in Thottbot.com is to enter the deck name of the card you need such as Beasts, Elementals, Portals, or Warlords. All of the available cards come up and can be clicked on to show which mobs drop them and an estimation of the drop rate.

Once you have collected: Ace, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, and Eight of any of the decks you simply put all of them in your inventory and right click on any card. The cards will create a deck. Then you simply take the deck to the Deck Vendor at the Darkmoon Faire when it is around to earn your trinket.

Anyone done any testing with full Bloodfang (rogue tier 2), dual Lifesteal enchants and this trinket at the same time? That should minimize/eliminate downtime when solo grinding :-)

This is for warlords, but it may apply to all the decks.

The Ace is a static, very rare drop off King Gordok in DM North. (Probably a different boss for the other decks).

For 2 through 8, all the cards are world drop, with the higher numbers being increased rarity.

I'll often see 2-4 at the AH for 2-5 gold, but 5-8 will run you for much more.
The Ace is probably the most expensive of them all, but if I were you I'd farm DM North to get it yourself.

This item is created when you right click on any card in a full set of 8. It gives a quest to be turned in at the fair. The reward the the epic trinket.

Lovely, i've just managed to buy this total deck for 118g in total... yes, bought all cards myself to create the deck. My level 36 rogue will be totally happy whenever she hits 60 ;-) now i will try to gain the elementals deck as well...

I have this trinket on my warrior and use it when solo farming low level mobs because it allows me to have close to 0 down time. It procs fairly often and generally heals me around 170 HP. I payed around 60 gold for all the cards so I'd say it was worth it for my niche uses. I don't think it would be worth anything in dungeon/ raid content however.
