From the rate they come out of the veins these are not going to be extremely costly. They're only used for ZG crafted armor, which is only rare, not epic. But they're not going to be cheap as you can only get em from ZG veins, maybe like 5g ea or so would be an end price.

these sell for around 5-6g on my server. Which seems about right.

you can get these solo.
or duo actually as you need to be in a raid to get there.

they are selling for 30 gold icecrown alliance side :S i need 2 more for my bloodvine lens... and 4 more bloodvine which are also selling for 30-50 gold on icecrown alliance

A rogue will stealth near the vein, and hunter will try to pull all the mobs around it, and run so the rogue can pick,

after the vein has been taken, the hunter will just FD. and they move on to the next vein

How are these worth so friggin much? They drop more often then not, can easily get 10+ per run (and not a full run at that), drop more often then the dense stone even!

the goggles are a bit overrated. im a warlock engineer, and they seem rather... worthless. get a Crimson Felt hat instead. +2% to hit isnt all too hot, and 1% to crit i could do without. sure, the mana/5 sec is good, but considering what else is availiable, no thanks.

the +hit% may help for high level raid bosses instead of getting Arcane Focus. Otherwise, I agree there is better gear out there.

idk how much they go for but the gloves go for 200-300g on spirestone. Over price or wut?

on my server khadgar, these things are goin for like 80-90g each... i dunno whether ive just caught the market at the wrong time, but i need like 26 of these things to make my Bloodsoul Armor set (not taking into acount the Bloodvine), can anyone give a number crunch on what these things should be goin for?

The expansion has really thrown a curve at people who play the AH. Mats for high-end (55-60ish) gear are no longer selling like they did since Outland gear is so much better than old gear. I've been trying to unload 20 of these for a while now with no luck. I'm down to under 5g apiece on the Shadow Council realm if anyone happens to be interested.

Just mined 2 off the Hakkari THorium Vein Near the First Priestess. also got a star ruby. :) money, yay!

This surely can be soloed, although you need some luck. I am a lvl 60 hunter and so far I've found 6 spawns for the veins. I've only gotten to four of them, all near the bat mobs. I get to the veins, manage to mine once and then die. Then I run to ZG and repeat :)

Jump into the water when you enter ZG, follow it around to the waterfall (you will most likely get aggro once, used FD to deal with it).

When you reach you the waterfall you walk up the small cliff next to the waterfall and jump down on the bridge (beware of patrol). Run over the bridge and up to the right (again, watch out for patrol and berserker).

When you get up the hill the vein can be 4 places: At the small camp before you reach the bat mobs, at the group of bats to the right, up the narrow slope, or at the end of the bat field, where you can see the boss.

The hardest one is the one at the small camp beneath the field of bats, because there's alot of mobs close to it. I would actually recommend resetting the instance then.

If it's at the first group of bat I run to it when the bats run away from you and FD infront of it. Then I can jump up and mine it and then i get aggro and die :P

If the vein is at the end of the field of bats I use Eagle Eye and when the bat groupsis at the vein i hug the wall and run to it. Most of the time they are not at the vein when I get there, this needs some timing but is far the easiest vein to get to. I usually send my pet at the group when I get to the vein, then i can sometimes mine it once before i FD and then again when the group is not near it.

What you do for both souldarite and bloodvine is use EOTB and a cat with dash. Aggro the mobs, hit dash and run as far as kitty can make it, swimming through the water in the middle really helps, then when it's just about to be caught by the trash, cancel EOTB, run in and mine, or harvest herbs, or loot the pile, then back off and feign. It's really quite simple. I used to clean up with this method, but now that farmers have destroyed the market I thought id let the cat out of the bag.

Pretty incredible Hakkari Thorium Vein, we get some, but if there's a lot of mobs between, we leave it be a lot of times, I convinced my raid to get the vein behind the enchant temple, which was guarded by a handful of adders and stuff, and when they were dead, I mined it and got, An Azerothian Diamond on the first hit, and Arcane Crystal on the next hit, a Souldarite on the third, and a Souldarite on the fourth. Maybe we'll start clearing more mobs for them now. :D (No, I gave it all to the guild bank, what do you expect, I'm an officer!)

Threw 2 of these up for 50g, and there was already a single one up for 50g so some guy bought it figuring he couldmake a profit, poor guy has been trying for 3 weeks to sell for 80g:D

I'm not so sure about the price listed here. If you are patient you can usually get this for 4g a pop. Not sure how it is on other servers, but on the 3 that I have toons on it's that way.

u receive 1 Souldarite on every tap and, on a side note: the first vein i mined in there i got an arcane crystal also :)

Got my first one from a ZG run today. Mined it off the Hakkari Thorium Vein just to the left of the first Priestess. Wonder how much this thing goes for, too?
