This is the best chest at level 60 (leather) if you're going for a tree build.

The spirit on this is godly, and you could really only replace this with the tier 3 chest due to its significant +healing and only -5 spirit stat.

This chest is same qualtity like cenarion.

Check it out:

Cenarion:
200 Armor
+23 Stamina
+24 Intellect
+16 Spirit
+10 Fire Resistance
Equip: Restores 3 mana every 5 sec.
Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 22.

Zandalar:
287 Armor
+15 Stamina
+24 Intellect
+23 Spirit
Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 33.

Zandarlar has more Armor but a less stamina. Int is same on both. Zandaralar has more spirit thant cenarion and more healing. Cenarion has 3 mana every 5 s (not realy much - spirit on zand will be same) and fire resi. I think this items are equal.

The rest of this set is non-epic (maybe there are more epics in the unknown items) but they are nearly as good like cenarion:

Cenarion Bracers:
88 Armor
+13 Stamina
+14 Intellect
+13 Spirit
Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 6.

Zandalar:
122 Armor
+7 Stamina
+10 Intellect
+10 Spirit
Classes: Druid
Durability 35 / 35
Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 22.

and:

Cenarion Belt
113 Armor
+10 Stamina
+22 Intellect
+10 Spirit
+7 Fire Resistance
Equip: Restores 4 mana every 5 sec.
Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 9.

Zandalar Haruspex's Belt
166 Armor
+10 Stamina
+21 Intellect
+12 Spirit

It's a quest reward. You don't get to roll or pass. This reward go according to your class. If you are a druid, you take the quest from the troll in STV, the reward will automatic be this set armor. Likewise, if you're mage, you will get mage set.

Anyway, in order to claim the reward, you have to be reverd with faction and also those stuffs that drop in the instance. When those stuffs drop, you also have to compete with 19 other players in the raid. So imagine how many ZG runs you need in order to get this set :)

Probably the cenarion set will be easier to get if you keep doing instances just like how you farm for your wildheart set. hehe

This chest piece is the second highest armor lvl for leather. Nice for PvP.

True, farming for faction would be vary hard. My guild does MC > ZG.

I picture the game design conversations going something like this:
'Let's make a set with lots of balance bonuses, but not put any +damage on it'
'Yes that's a good idea, then it will be useless for everything once you have tier 1 epics'
'But it still has it's uses til you can get those'
'No, don't worry. We're bring out tier 0.5 which will be much easier to get.'
'Phew.'

You have to be revered with the ZG dudes. This takes about... 4 ever! You also need all those different coins.. So.. GL, I rather go for stormrage. And even that seems miles away..

Not so hard to get anymore once patch 1.11 comes out. You'll still need revered, but you will no longer need additional coins/bijous to get the gear. Only the epic item drop that you trade in for gear.

Got this one yesterday. If you wear at least two items of the set (e.g. the trinket), this chestpiece is actually better than cenarion because of the setbonus.

Too bad it looks like crap. The style is taken from a green random lvl 50 chest :-/ So stats this>cenarion, but style this<<<<<cenarion.

Score this last night due to my awesome guild leader; he gave me all of the bijous in the bank at 1/2 dkp in order to get this. Had the purple sitting around and I must say, I love it since before I had Wildheart.

Although it's ugly as sin. Common Blizzard ><
