Will be a fun trick for Pallies in the expansion with Mass Dispell, use this to trick the Priest into using Mass Dispell, then pop your Divine Shield. Of course, I don't know if this trinket will be at the top of the dispel list, so this is just conjecture.

I can confirm that this is a 3 minute cooldown and pwns! I guarantee they nerf this baby in future patches.

if you duel wield this (one 58 and one 48) are they on the same cooldown if you use one of them? example, i use the level 58 one, will my 48 one be on cooldown?

As you fight for your faction in Arathi Basin, you increase your reputation with the Horde or Alliance NPC in the Battleground. There are two special vendor NPCs, one for Horde and one for Alliance, standing outside of their respective entrance to Arathi Basin. These NPCs are here to sell you special rewards depending on your reputation with your faction.
I.e From Blizzard.

For this one you need to be friendly of 'League of Arathor'.

For horde side there is the same stuff called 'DEFILLER's Talisman' and you need to be friendly of 'The Defillers'

This trinket wouldn't be bad to use if you don't have anything else during the Baron Geddon fight. After blowing up after the Living Bomb timer is up, you can activate this trinket and your fall damage will be reduced somewhat.

No. for my experience, "fall damage" is not "physical", (Well, at least thats what mages mana shield and ice barrier spells think, you can always slow fall tough)so it woulnt work like there.

I'm a 60 warrior and use this one in PVP if I have to wait for the CD of my Insignia of the Alliance. Defently a rogue killer because they can't stun u till the shield is gone. Also very nice when farming, saved my life a lot of times.

You can also use this as a Potion that heals you for the stated amount. It activates your 2 min potion CD but you don't have to equipt it to use it.

Not only is 600 damage decent it also gives casters a chance to cast a couple spells with no interrupt which is usually impossible with rogues or hunters pets clawing at you. Of course it wont save you from a stun, so try and make them blow a stun before popping this.

a priest in pvp can use this while they're on "weakened soul" from bubble to grab a couple extra seconds for a heal or mind flay.

Is cool down shared across all trinkets?

From what I can tell, this is an independent cooldown, and does not share with other trinkets (except for lower level versions of the same trinket).
